Great info, but the video is ruined by the camerman constantly panning away from the drill to see if the player made the shot. It doesn't matter if they made it, we're trying to watch the body movement.
This one move if used right can make any defender unguardable as long as you know how to read the defense and you have counter moves. I used this move 1st day and now I'm 10x better than I was yesterday
Tim so when u stared when with the hesi it looked like a carry. Idk if it’s a carry but I’m a jv player and I’ve been called every-time for that kinda “carry”. So is there any other ways I could do the hesi without carrying the ball
If you pound the ball hard you should be able to "float" it with out ever bringing your hand underneath the ball. You gotta put it into the floor HARD and then absorb it early as it's coming off the floor back up. Don't kill the momentum with your hand, but slow it down and ride it up with control this buys you the time to execute the footwork simultaneously. If you're gettin called for carry I'd bet it's because you're cupping the bottom of the ball rather than staying on top or on the side.
EGTBASKBALL Tim Martin was a little nervous throughout the whole video these part kill me 6:26 breakdown the fhgdghgf defense head nods down video ends 🤣😂 but overall the video was great great example and walk throughs
If you're a righty, more than likely you'll be more comfortable shooting your pull up going left. That being said, which direction to you typically drive?
Next time have the camera man focus on the handles no one cares if the basket goes in. Every time he focuses on the basket we miss the next player getting into his stance and first dribble
Tim one of the best coaches/trainers around 💯

All the best players and scorers use this move. This tells you deadly you become once you master this
Facts but be aware defenders tend to jump so a simple crossover or push cross to the defenders top foot and boom another pull up opportunity.
I'm a guard man ,I suck ... been training for so long
Tim is 🐐
Very nice

Isn't putting your hand underneath the ball a foul for double dribble?

I swear it's a carry the second your hand is under the ball
Most refs don't call it unless it's fully under

You're teaching traveling
please explain
@@letsgetit90 a hesitation, interrupting the dribble of the ball mid air embodies the very definition of traveling
@Fresh Snickers I'm glad you noticed too
