Very simple deck setup. I think I'll use this but I'll use the (2) long European pallets. Should work fine and I can just calculate the distance I need.

@@LastLeafStudioVideo a lot of places probably don't care. What you built would probably outlast and outperform the pool. If the deck is small and not attached to the house or anything, it should be fine. Mine held up just fine. We took the pool down and moved the deck to the back door for an entry deck. I set the posts in ground for that though.
I later added 45° braces, and it was rugged enough for us. The kids could jump off, and I didn't even notice any wiggle. Get a 250lbs man to jump around on it, and that might be another story.
I have been building this deck. So far so good. I have a question about the joists. The joists you have put on are 3" over hang on each side. My joists fit across 6' on the ends of the frame. Since there is no overhang on any of them, will this be okay to keep going or do I need to redo the joists so they have the over hang ???
I know this set up is mainly for kids but wonder how much weight it would hold? I’d like to build one for my family just a small one with this budget but there all 200lb and up.?Very nice deck
Did you have to put an x-brace of 2x4's on any side of the build to stabilize it? Or was it too low to really require it? This is exactly what I was thinking of doing, but I'd love to position it so all the equipment is underneath, and maybe I can do a small rain-guard/ceiling underneath the floor boards to protect the equipment further. I guess UV will be my primary concern, so this would help greatly with that as well.
Or where can I get the plans or where can I purchase the plans. Can I get the plans from Home Depot I had double knee replacement last year so I need something easier to climb up I have a 9yr old autistic child he loves to swim with me but I need a gate for that deck that locks
I traced the stair stringers on to a 2x12x8 so I knew how to measure it correctly. I needed 8 steps for my pools deck of 56" I also cut the 2x12x8 instead of buying them prefabricated, that saved me almost $80 each.
Stairs I measure the height of the pool deck in this case we will use 30. Divide 30 by 7 because 7 is the ideal step height. So 30 ÷ 7 = 4.28. You can't have .28 of a step so you will have 4 steps. Now you take 30 ÷ 4 and come up with 7.5. Your steps with be 7.5 tall. To find how far your steps stick out multiply the number of steps (4) by the width of your stair tread. If you have 8 inch stair treads your stairs will stick out 32 inches. Hope this makes sense.
Yes sorry, these plans were originally just for me so I left a bunch of stuff off. I used all pressure treated with 3" deck screws for framing and 1 5/8 screws for the deck boards.

Sorry I don't have instructions for the stairs, but there are plenty of videos on UA-cam that will explain it.
I traced the stair stringers on to a 2x12x8 so I knew how to measure it correctly. I needed 8 steps for my pools deck of 56" I also cut the 2x12x8 instead of buying them prefabricated, that saved me almost $80 each.
Very cool. What is the math you use with the stair stringers
