Hey Kaleb. Hope you guys had a lovely Easter 🐣. 1st home like the elevation brick/stonework. 1st bedroom a little small. Storage. Pantry. Open concept. Big living room. Covered lanai. Hopefully can add a pool. Good size loft. Is it me or did the tub look short in length? 3 bedrooms to 1 bath 👎. Nice size laundry. Big primary. Don’t need a tub. Big closet. No linen? 2nd townhome. Oh. Kitchen upfront but like it couldn’t be seen on entry. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Odd layout past the W/D but appreciate the storage. Good size courtyard. Guest bedrooms ok. Bathroom dated. Primary ok. En-suite small and dated. But doable. 3rd home Taylor Morrison? Usually like TM. Nice elevation. Flex space. Pantry ok. Agreed. Great backyard for a pool. Don’t mind fiberglass tub/showers in guest bathrooms. Easy maintenance. Upstairs 3 beds and bath 👎. Laundry. Primary ok. En-suite dated. But there’s potential. Hey Mabel. Parm with fries 🍟 and rice 🍚? No pasta? Well as long as it’s tasty. Thanks for sharing 🤗

Thanks to your food truck world video I got out there last week and had a ball... now I just go to the end of your videos to see where your eating. Looks like it will be brazil food next week. LOL seriously the house prices are out of my range for now, but I see the 2nd biggest builder is starting to drop his prices and if he gets a lot of movement maybe more will follow. Success and nothing less for your channel!

mate I’m sitting here in London and I’m looking at Texas the properties that you can get between 250 to 500 K absolutely blow away anything in Flordia . I know it’s a different market is a different state but Texas is on the way up there’s investment going in infrastructure they relaxed planning, rules things are good
First house is nice. I don’t know much about St. Cloud tho, not a fan of town home in house 2, but the last house is really nice. Only missing a pool, but other than that really nice

Hello, you can't rent it out on airbnb in this subdivision. You can do 12 month rentals which you can expect $1900-2200 a month.
