According to my research the 7440 is a single filament bulb and the 7443 is a dual filament (2 brightness levels) and you clearly show the top red light that you said was a 7440 having two brightness levels.
Hi, yes, I was impressed with your understanding of the 7440 and 7443. Regarding the 7440, it is indeed a single filament bulb. However, on the Ram 1500, the tail light and brake light share the same bulb. Although the 7440 is not a dual filament bulb, it is possible to achieve a dim red light and a bright red light by the current. You can directly see the difference of the brightness from 4:01. Would the 7443 led Amber work for the rear blinker on my 2019 ram 1500? Or would it hyperblank. Thank you ahead of time for your answer.

I have a 2020 ram classic the brake light is the same as the turn lights. Will the red bulb work? Do I have to install any other part for it to work?

Are you going to make a 7443 canbus ready bulb? For back up bulbs for us that have the led factory tails.
Hi, these 7443 LED bulbs work great for backup light. We carry canbus ready bulb, but for turn signals, amber color and red color.

Yes, the rear turn signal bulb size is 3157. Usually, we don't recommend the rear turn signal lights for the trucks. Because the rear turn signals, brake light and tail lights share the same bulb for many trucks, which will cause the rear turn signal light hyper flash. But for 2019 Ram 1500, the rear turn signal lights don't share the same bulb with brake lights, you could try to use the LED bulbs to replace the rear turn signal bulbs if you're interested in it. Do your led bulbs for the third break lights cause issues with the keyboard proximity?
Hi, what's the year of your Ram 1500? According to our customers' feedback, T-T15 LED bulbs work for third brake lights without issue for 2019/2020 Ram 1500. But don't work for 2021 Ram 1500.

Btw, if you are looking for rear turn signal, the bulb you are looking for is pwy24w. The owner manual have it wrong. The same with the reverse light and the stop light :/. There is almost no options lof led for the pwy24w. I got one for my truck from amazon but i havent installed yet (winter)

miguel0706 I did however change the 3rd brake light to led from Lasfit a few weeks ago and have not had any error or light out messages.
I have also changed the brake/tail lights to those in the video and have not had any issues in 2 days.

@@FJB2020 Could you double check the bulb size of your rear turn signal light? Because there a couple of different bulb sizes according to our customers' feedback.
No hyper flash? No error msg?
I did this on a Silverado and had both and had to install resistors
The LED bulbs, as shown in the video, need to connect the resistor if you install them on turn signal lights. But they work well on backup lights, no resistor required.
Both reverse and brake lights doesn't fit. I ordered it from Amazon because it's cheaper and free return. I know it said non-polarity, but it still need to have a CK socket. Can you help me out? I also looked at your site and it said it will not work on trucks.

My 03 ram same bulbs but with a resistor on it keeps blowing up my fuse just as i was testing they pop the fuse when i turn on the light switch any help?

The headlight of your Ram 1500 is regular reflector type or projector type? There are two bulb size for the reverse light of 2017 Ram 1500, 921(regular reflectory type) and 7440(projector type)
My tail light housing doesn’t have any apparent entrance…Any one know how to get in without breaking it?
Hi, are you having trouble removing the taillight housing? At 0:12 in the video, you can see how to remove the screw using a screwdriver.

On my 2020 ram when I removed the light assembly there’s only one plug, and no way to removed any of the bulbs

you don't need a different colored led for brake considering the housing is red....
You're right, white light and red light both can be used for the brake lights. But in fact, there is a few differences. The white light will be brighter, but the red light color will be better.
