Lawyer says we don’t want to be in history to handover the capital to a total anarchy! That’s such an insane statement. I think he forgot it’s not anarchy but elected government. Think from future perspective
That elected govt has to work within the limits laid down by the law. You can't be an assistant professor by passing an exam of a primary school teacher.

Highly appreciable reply by The Great Lawyer.
Churchill also said the same things about the Indians. No change is mentality of the ruling class.
The present central government never thought that Delhi will slip from their grip and another party will come to the power. The now want to control it either by LG or MHA. Utterly disrespectful of public opinion. Most of the time Mr. Mehta’s arguments are illogical and badly presented.
In case of any person is arrested,he should be given permission to contact his family members and contact the counsel .specific law is required in respect of arrest for better protection of human rights
Dear magistrate, we cant talk to you directly. But you can help our ppl who are burning in Manipur. Pls consider us and raise your voice against the central government... Pls hear us
सर जी नमस्कार
क्या एक गरीब को न्याय मिल सकता है
यकीनन मानिए आज तक पुरे भारत देश मे किसी के साथ नही हुआ है ऐसी जायती जो मेरे साथ अन्याय हुआ है

Mera Bharat Mahan. Regards.
People have to know the honorable supreme court guidelines and directions and precedents in various cases. People can understand and read if these directions and guidelines and precedents are in regional languages. Hence it is requested to voluntary organisers and book publishers to publish small books in regional languages to create more legal awareness in the people.
Wasting tax payers money... if Delhi is elected govt let the govt decide??? What nonsense going on this country?...
Delhi's govt is sham, elected by the scheme of free electricity.. They always tend to contradict with and hinder it's workings, just so they can be in talk in news and public.. They don't have anything substantial to offer.. Already caused few riots in delhi, and Punjab is up for it now. Proof of utter failure. Delhi is by the way home of backward, in literacy sort of concept, but not exactly, it's more deeper rooted. Congress is better than them.

In the place of a foreign language, if our National language is used in the court there will be more clarity. Government of India may consider.

I think giving the legislature to Union Territory of Delhi in the 69 amendment Act 1991 is a huge mistake. If the Centre is not controlled by the Central Govt. Itself then what's the point of having a Centre without a Territory to functionalised the country as a whole.
