    Hello mam ..kya lohe ki kadhai me deep fry karne ke baad oil ko nikalna padhta hai ya oil ko usi me rakh sakte hai pls bataye.. oil kharab to nahi hoga na iron ki kadhai me rakhne se pls bataye

      there is no link for buying pure iron kadai which you have used in this video (pure iron (big size kadai that you have used).

      Brother am using “nonstick coated iron pan” but when i know about non stick coating i shocked 😳 Then I remove 90 percent non stick coating my iron pan then can i use it ?

    Even in meyer triply kadhai it is difficult to cook dry vegetables. Especially if you want to cook in lesser oil.

    #UrbanRasoi Maine aapke almost sare hi video dekhe, aapne non stick ko bilkul recommend nhi kiya jo ki sahi hai BUT U ALWAYS USE SILICON/RUBBER spatula... I think these are also not good for health.

    I don’t agree with your explanation of tri - pli kadhai. Tri- pli kadhai base and sides burns easily with low oil . It’s only for gravy vegetables or frying
