Jeep has the right idea with showing off the "power plant" in the Jeep Surge. To convince enthusiasts to buy into battery powered vehicles it is wise to give them a power delivery source that they can show off to their friends. Everytime one of my friends buys a new truck, one of the first things everyone wants to see is the engine. A visible power delivery motor is one thing that is missing from most electric vehicles. Seeing the motor has always been one of the most exciting aspects of American motor sports.
The trailrax is really just a fancy overpriced topper with a lot of leaky slots in it. All the stuff in the bed would be well protected from theft out in the backcountry, those bears have no respect, but does little to keep one's cargo free of dust, mud, rodents, etc.
Not a Player for an Electric Wrangler (WOKELER). However I did like the Solid Steel Wheels on the Surg Jeep. Always looking a Solid Steel Wheels for my 2017 JK
I’d like to see a hydrogen powered Jeep Wrangler. You would be closer to fossil fuelled Jeeps in power and torque and the emissions are H2O. Win, Win in my opinion.
Hey Rob...please tell me that your "few short weeks" comment means that I still have a shot at winning that sweet giveaway Jeep??? My 97 TJ is still awesome 25 years later, but I think it is time for 4 doors to take the family on some outdoor adventures...with a bit more room for...well...kid stuff! :)
After seeing electric vehicles catch fire and release toxic fumes into the air after being exposed to salt water from Hurricane Ian here in Florida, yeah, I'll have to pass. 4,500°F temps and each time the firefighters got through dousing the flames with heaps of water, the vehicle would reignite like a trick birthday candle. One homeowner's house survived the hurricane just to be burned down by an electric vehicle battery corroded by the salt water. They had to issue a warning to move the electric vehicles away from any structures and trees if they were still able to be driven.
Not to mention the environmental impact of mining lithium for the batteries and then back to a landfill after they bite the dust. I feel more guilty using my cordless drill than I do driving my JKU.
Like the idea of the electric crate motor. My goals was always to convert my JK to be electric once i max out the mileage on it. Always thought it would be super cool to have electric jeep
Eddie's Gladiator is so sick!

That utility trailer looks promising.

Do those suction mounts for the roof of a gladiator work with the black molded in color top? That is serious innovation and I love it
Not even looking at any electric vehicles!
I totally missed those wheels when I was walking through there.

Electrical fires are supposed to be extinguished with foam not water, I don't understand why firefighters were using water it.
No thank you on anything electric
$765 for the mopar grill guard with light. Sheesh! Please make this Quadratec!
now if there was a gladiator pu smaller cab with a 6.5" box ....................what we could build

I wanna know where to get ARBs graphics from that gladiator!
I’d like to hear more about the I-6 Hurricane.
I love everything about electric crate motors from manufactures
Electrify my LJ for sure!
Hmmm interesting idea, I'd electrify my XJ or MJ first. To few LJ made.
Rob, it was awesome to see you on Eddie's channel, east meets west.
I know electric is the future but I prefer gas engines.
Can’t wait for all electric everything!
Mopar Electric Crate engine sounds great, especially if one can convert from the 3.6L, in a 2-door JL body.
Looking forward to Electric conversions for JKs
never caught dead in a electric car !!
RESIST PEOPLE
I have a 21 Gladiator, so I am most interested in Equip for that.
