The #1 thing that stands out in watching him in Summer League is the lack of hustle. Its just shocking. We all know the talent ain't there. So the lack of production is expected. But jogging back in transition *consistently* , lazy screen navigation , not a care in the world for loose balls or long rebounds. (AngryCoach has videos on it, as do a few other channels ). I mean he HAS to know if he's unna have a career in the NBA, that's his ticket. Become Jose Alvarado. Play defense and hustle ur a$$ off. He just doesn't care. It's the classic case of ur Dad forcing you into something because that's what he loves and/or made his career in. I don't think Bronny ever had a say in the sports/hobbies in which he'd participate, and he definitely didnt have a choice to play or not play basketball. It's a responsibility for him. It's a chore. It's not a passion. And it shows.

I work at a major aviation company that has been in the news a lot lately for some very bad things. Nepotism is rampant where I work. I see children of managers and the children of their friends come in off the street and straight into a high five or six figure job. Often they are straight out of high school or college with no experience. Or they are a low level employee with no formal education or experience for the position. A high up executive took a liking to them and put them in a six figure position. I have been there for ten years and I can't get an interview for a management position. I have a bachelor's in Organizational Studies, an associate degree in business management, a minor in flight science, and a minor in project management. Also I served twelve years in the Army. So I have documented leadership ex and training. With all my education and experience I can't even get an interview for managing a department of senior aged house keepers.. Another young person straight off the street got that position. So Nepotism is bad and the moral of the workers is affected in a negative way.
