I know we (SWE AF) used km/h for speed and meters for altitude during the cold war, but nowadays we've switched to knots and feet. I've never seen someone use km/h together with feet when flying.

@@MrEnzoPuttini Imo, everyone should use km/h and meter. The metric system is so much better than the imperial system. 🙂
