I liked you're explanation and tips, but I've heard that having some sort of mesh or something like that on the top of the enclosure is very helpful for stick insects to hold on to while they shed. maybe you should add some for your enclosure?
I just found a stick bug and we want to make the enclosure for it. We are wondering how long the stick bugs have survived when you keep them in that enclosure.
What can we use now as the world knows toilet roll is limited.. I got mine new born, and theyre 8cm now, ive been using soil, but its so hard to find the eggs aha, and i cant use toilet roll as havnt got much and being on lockdown, new sub, thankyou and i hope they grow as long as mine hehe
You could do a video on what common species would be suitable for a beginner to try and what species you would NOT recommend for a beginner. It does not matter if you don't have the species you talk about , just show photos of them.

They will hang from the leaves !
Yeah, I have a mesh for mine they are happy as long as they have water sprayed around they’re enclosure and lots of leafs to eat or brambles🙃

That is a really small enclosure. I think you should get a bigger enclosure! Also that is not enough leaves.
