- If we want to satisfy our appetite, there is nothing like a good fried rice. But not just any fried rice, no, but the Gipsy Chef version of an Asian dish called Egg Fried Rice. The most rogue chef of España Directo invites us to prepare a simple, spectacular and with a touch of the macaroni. Are you up for it?
Let's get to work!
One of the most important things in this preparation is that the egg curdles and, by stirring it, small pieces are formed. Once the meat is added, it is convenient to keep stirring so that it crumbles and mixes with the egg.
Another trick revolves around the rice. Ideally, it should be cooked and dry, so Gipsy Chef recommends using the tubs they sell with this ingredient already cooked. Let's get started!
INGREDIENTS
Garlic
Ginger
Brown sugar
Salt
Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chorizo Creole sausage
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Chinese onion
Chili
Pre-cooked rice in a tub
STEPS
1. Crush a garlic and cut it finely.
2. We do the same with a small piece of ginger, with skin and well washed.
3. We take a bowl and break two eggs.
4. Add a little salt and brown sugar and beat them well.
5. Heat a frying pan
6. In a hole, add the chopped garlic and a drizzle of oil.
7. When the garlic begins to brown, add the egg, stir it well until it becomes solid.
8. We see that it is in more or less small pieces.
9. Take a chorizo criollo sausage, cut it into pieces and add it to the egg.
10. Stir the chorizo to break it up, just as we have done with the egg.
11. We take the tub of rice and add it directly to the frying pan.
12. Increase the heat to maximum, add a dash of sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce.
13. While the rice is cooking, take a Chinese spring onion and cut it into very thin diagonal pieces.
14. Cut a piece of chili into very thin slices.
15. Add the spring onion and the chopped chili to the rice.
16. Sauté all the ingredients for a few minutes so that the rice is loose, toasted and well cooked.
17. Serve on a plate and ready to eat.

Haiyaaa!
Sorprendemos crack....
Haiyaa!
No MSG, fuyoooooo......
qué pasó con el jengibre?
Era para ir calentando la muñeca
Eso mismo he pensado yo…
