Muy bonitos y muy bien explicados, muchas gracias por compartir y enseñarnos, bendiciones y saludos desde 🇲🇽🇲🇽 👏👏🤩😍👍🙏🏻🤗💖
Excellent teaching! Slow and methodical. Beautiful design.
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to me! 😄💙
I learned this from you months ago, but tonight I helped my 12 yr old grandson make this as a mini pendant necklace for his girlfriend as a Valentines gift. It looked very impressive! We oxidized the wire and attached to a jump ring and hung it on a brown nylon cord. I am sure his friend will be shocked he made it. Great tutorial that he could follow ( with my help) 😍
That is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing, this made my day! 💙
veery nice earrings
Thank you so much! 💜
Super cute 🥰 Please either cut the wire away from you or hold the piece you’re cutting off with your fingers. The reason I ask you to do this is because you can get a flying piece of wire in your face. Shrapnel hurts badly. Protect yourself please. ❤😊
Thank you so much for sharing this with everyone! 💕 I try my best but when I'm under a camera sometimes it's too hard to show people where I'm cutting and also hold it away from me, but I'm getting better with each new video 😊 Thank you for looking out for me though, it means a lot!
hello beautiful work, for a question What is the name of the wire you use?
Is it alumiIt's
I’m using copper wire ☺️
I have a tip for you. If you happen to know anybody that works at a hospital. Ask them to grab some outdated IV tubing. If the tubing is out of date the hospital will just chuck it in the garbage. I don't know when they stop doing this but we used to send our outdated supplies to third world countries unfortunately that stoppe.
So technically you're not stealing.
I put little pieces at the end of my pliers, and it works super well. Plus imagine how long IV tubing actually is. Therefore you can change it constantly. You will have at least a years worth of plastic caps for your pliers.
Be safe with the tubing, and its bits please. Not optimal if you have young kids.
If you don't feel comfortable having this comment up please take it down I won't mind. Kids put everything in their mouths is akways my rule of thumb. These pieces are clear and you might miss them❤
Thank you so much for sharing! I would have never thought of that! 💙
@@abbeyroadcreations I honestly would never have thought of this myself but one day they were just throwing stuff out, and I went wait a minute can I take this? and they're just like yeah sure and I was like great.Thank you.
Kids will always be kids, so please do not do this if your kids or your friends kids are young, I BEG YOU!!!
These are so pretty, I’m just starting in wire wrapping. I love these, thank you so much for sharing this technique. Do I have to treat the copper wire after completing the earring? Or leave it and clean it with a cloth?
It's up to you! You can oxidize the copper with a liver of sulphur solution, or keep it natural where it will gradually oxidize over time. You can choose to polish it bright and shiny or let it get a warm rustic look. You can find more info in my "oxidizing copper and silver" video! ☺️
Love the design, and a huge plus, my Autistic brain can keep up with you! So you´ve got yourself a new sub :) I came, I saw and I am staying :D TY for sharing 💜
Thank you so much, that truly means the world to me! My mind is not very organized, so creating comes a lot easier to me than teaching, so it always brightens up my day to know that people can follow and learn something from my videos! 💖
Love these. Will there by 1 more wrap on one side than the other when finished?
Hi Sheila! Yes, there should be 3 on one side and 4 on the other if you count the first wrap that kinda hugs the stone. Since the design is slightly asymmetric, I personally like the reverse the design when creating the second one (pushing the wire to the left at first instead of the right for example) Today I'll be posting a short follow up video to answer any questions that I may have missed when filming this one! 💙
I did it!........ however......they could have been better. I am always very critical of my own work......But I get over it.....& no one ever knows.🙃. Thank You very much for sharing. Your technique was very easy to follow.👍👍👍
☮️💖🌻
I'm so proud of you! And don't stress, it's a learning process 💕
I love your instructions! ❤ The only issue I'm having is the wire keeps sliding off the side of the bead... For some reason it is never tight enough
I realized after making the video that I should have shown how I was wrapping the wires around the bottom of the bead! 😣 So when you're wrapping the wire around, during the 2nd wrap around, you'll place the wire in between the top wire and the bent wire at the hole, and the 3rd wrap around will just be tucked in right behind the 2nd. I'll try to make a "short" video showing this in the near future! 💙💙
How do you oxidize the earrings.
I use liver of sulfur gel. Check out my tutorial on oxidizing for more info! 💙
great tutorial and beautiful earrings, thank you!
Excellent. Showing the bottom for me would be great. Are they all behind each other or alternating each side of the original hole in the bead
Thank you so much for the feedback, I wish I would've thought of that while filming! So the first time you wrap around it's in front of the hole in the bead (hiding the wire coming out of the bead) and the others I sandwich in between the top wire and the wire coming out of the bead. Wish I could add a photo for you! I hope this helps anyway! 💙
Great job explaining! I’m extremely new and you make me feel confident that I can do this!❤
That means so much to me! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment ❤️
I get why you have different directions.
Gorgeous and so easy! I'm definitely trying these.....thanks so much for the instructions.
I'm so happy to hear that! Have fun!!💙
You are the best teacher… I’m new at this and follow you and have learned alot. Your work is beautiful!
Thank you so much! That means the world to me! 💙
Those earrings are beautiful. I’m going to make them
I'm so happy you like them! 💙
So cute, I like the bead extension
Thank you! I'm so happy you like it! 💙
Any time I try to wrap wire around itself like the first step, they are always spaced out. Any tips?
If this happens, you can use your pliers to pinch the coils together and close the gaps as you work ☺️ Hope this helps!
Love, love, love this design. My first attempt with 20 gauge was a little rough so I decided to practice with 22 gauge to get the process down….guess I need to build up my finer strength!!!!
Awesome! I'm so happy you gave it another shot! Also, making these with 22gauge and 6mm beads makes the CUTEST little dainty dangles!!
Thanku! ❤
Thank you so much for watching!
Love these.. and the copper bead extension. Adds a lovely elegance
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you like it! 💖
I don't normally like too many wire wraps but this is really pretty. 😁
That means so much to me! 😄💖
You are welcome! 😊
I just finished your video and you answered my question, lol. Thank you again for sharing.
haha happy to help!
Love it❤
Hi! Awesome demonstration my Dear! Only thing that makes me squirm is watching you snip off those excess wire 'missiles'! Especially if folks do this around children, PLEASE Make Sure to hold those bits while cutting/ snipping so they don't fly into your eyes or someone elses, Or land somewhere that you could step on barefoot, or end up someplace you don't want... Sorry, that's the Cautious side of My Brain working!🤔😉👍
I know this technique has been around a whike, but I never get tired of watching how another artist does it!! Thank You!! Making some right now!! Happy Spring!!💐🌱🙋♀️- Mindi
Hi Mindi! Thank you so much for your response! Tbh it's really hard to get a good camera angle to show everyone exactly where I'm cutting the wire and also controlling the wire end while I'm under a camera, but that's no excuse and I do appreciate you reaching out to everyone who might be working in a room with small children! I don't have any yet haha but I'll be sure to add a warning in future tutorials just in case people aren't aware 💙 Thank you again for your love, support, and participation in this wonderful community!
Good Morning!! Thank You for your reply!! I made a pair of these yesterday/ last night while watching your video! They came out GREAT!!!👍👍 I want to make the cloud and sun pieces from your previous video! How Clever!!!
Enjoy your Day!! Happy Creating!!😇🤗💐- Mindi
Great video! Can’t wait to make a bunch of these. Thank you for sharing!
I'm so happy you enjoyed it and have fun! 💜
Excellent design and video! Your explanation was great, especially once you see how the different loops interact with each other. You also made it look possible to do. I'm a novice, so I will take my time. 😊Thanks so much!
