I stumbled across your videos a few hours ago. I've been binge watching all morning. My spouse passed away last year. I like many other widows still have many personal possession of my husband in my home. After watching this video I had to ask myself why. My truthful response to myself is for his children. Which doesn't make sense because they're all adults. I must let go of his things and wedding rings to move forward with my life. It won't be easy but must be done to make room to receive the love that I want and need.

I have never in my life commented on a youtube video. But i truly believe in everything you teach and have learned so much this year alone and I only discovered your videos a month ago. Any success I gain from your teachings is your success and so here is my first comment ever 😅 I feel a bit silly. I have been single a little over a year now. Happily so. And yet struggling to attract love. I am well aware that I threw, donated, got rid of absolutely everything regarding my ex. Everything except my wedding album. It's hidden. I never see it. Yet i know it's there. Whenever I remember it I say "fuck I have to throw it away". And yet I never do. My feelings for him are gone and the year I've had is more than proof that the divorce had to happen. And yet...these pictures hold so much energy and I never realized. I have 2 days til 2020 and I plan on burning them before the new year. I thought just throwing them away as to not give them such importance, but after watching this video I think I'll burn them. Thank you for everything. It is a small step but a step forward nonetheless.
I’ve done this. But the “thing” that held energy for me was the memories. I used wish paper. I wrote down all the memories, thoughts, feelings and then released it mentally to the universe before I lit the paper on fire and let it go. I haven’t found another partner, but the love for myself wasn’t able to begin until I released that energy. I am truly learning who I am without the cloud of someone else hovering, and I’m finding that I really like who I am, I love who I am. Now, whether a new love comes or not doesn’t matter because I am finally at peace and grateful for ME! To love yourself is the greatest love you can ever ask for, no one can fill that void but you.

I get this and for the most part have gotten rid of or actually lost a lot connected with this marriage, but in marriage you accumulate things together. If I get rid of things in my closet I won’t have much to wear 😂 and since I was left with nothing I am certainly not throwing my bed or couches away. I was forced to get rid of the car but the Universe gave ma a brand new vehicle, which I saw that one coming (having to get rid of the car). Are you serious? How can I delete the photos? So important moments that will never come back! And the only place I can find them is in the photos! Why do you delete your past, why do you need that... When I get older I want to look at these photos and remember my life and all the important people 😭 I can archive them in my hard disk and stop looking at them but I will never delete the photos... The new love will come anyways....... Nobody will delete my past like it was not important at all. If you don't value your relationship with that person why did you take the photos in the first place? We are in good terms. I can only archive them.

in the past I got bullied a lot and this has effected me deeply because bullies always destroy boundary of people trying to invade and destroy what inside that shouldn't be done to us this makes you to be nervous, tensed, angry, aggressive, vary, careful, protective and fear all of these effect when you fall in love because these bullies they are like Pimps. we would open up to someone we trust or love, but these pimps they just destroy be ingrained in our memory associate with violence. our hate towards to them fuels this memory even stronger makes it become part of your worldview towards to reality. you would be nervous, tense, worried, too protective, not able to trust even that one showing love in front of you. you would fall in the state of chaos and narcissistic, this ingrains deeply inside me. I try to fix this deep instinct response.
So I agree to some extent with you.. but to another extent is not about completely deleting everything to get rid of “that energy” it’s about EMOTIONAL MATURITY being able to move on without that certain object having that same value or energy to you no more. WE give energy to the things around us WE manifest that not the other way around. An object is an object until we see it as fir what it and nothing more, that’s when you know you have matured and are able to move forward without a dumb shirt holding you back.
What you say is very true. My husband passed away. I loved him very much. I can't get rid of all my pictures of him. He is part of my history and our daughter's history, but I realize I should really get rid of any of all his clothes and various personal items that are no longer wanted. I don't want to get rid of everything pertaining to him. But I want to love again, or at least have a relationship again. Even my deceased husband would want me to go on. I have even thought about leaving my home and goin away somewhere to work in a new place and start a complete new life.

I love most of your advice, Master Sri. However, I cannot/will not get rid of all things of my late husband of nearly 12 years, who was killed last year. Just about everything I possess, including my house and vehicle, I got with him. I cannot afford to move right now or replace 90% of my possessions that we accumulated together, considering I lost his income. I will not delete all photos of him. His mom got me pictures from his childhood, so I created a slideshow for his Celebration of Life. I will not delete them or the slideshow. I'm a younger widow (40), and I haven't met any widowers my age. That said, the right person for me will need to understand that my late husband will simply be a part of my life. I've met those who fell in love while still in grief, and actually, that love helped them heal and move forward.

I get this and for the most part have gotten rid of or actually lost a lot connected with this marriage, but in marriage you accumulate things together. If I get rid of things in my closet I won’t have much to wear 😂 and since I was left with nothing I am certainly not throwing my bed or couches away. I was forced to get rid of the car but the Universe gave ma a brand new vehicle, which I saw that one coming (having to get rid of the car). Are you serious? How can I delete the photos? So important moments that will never come back! And the only place I can find them is in the photos! Why do you delete your past, why do you need that... When I get older I want to look at these photos and remember my life and all the important people 😭 I can archive them in my hard disk and stop looking at them but I will never delete the photos... The new love will come anyways....... Nobody will delete my past like it was not important at all. If you don't value your relationship with that person why did you take the photos in the first place? We are in good terms. I can only archive them.

in the past I got bullied a lot and this has effected me deeply because bullies always destroy boundary of people trying to invade and destroy what inside that shouldn't be done to us this makes you to be nervous, tensed, angry, aggressive, vary, careful, protective and fear all of these effect when you fall in love because these bullies they are like Pimps.
we would open up to someone we trust or love, but these pimps they just destroy be ingrained in our memory associate with violence. our hate towards to them fuels this memory even stronger makes it become part of your worldview towards to reality.
you would be nervous, tense, worried, too protective, not able to trust even that one showing love in front of you.
you would fall in the state of chaos and narcissistic, this ingrains deeply inside me.
I try to fix this deep instinct response.
So I agree to some extent with you.. but to another extent is not about completely deleting everything to get rid of “that energy” it’s about EMOTIONAL MATURITY being able to move on without that certain object having that same value or energy to you no more. WE give energy to the things around us WE manifest that not the other way around. An object is an object until we see it as fir what it and nothing more, that’s when you know you have matured and are able to move forward without a dumb shirt holding you back.

What you say is very true. My husband passed away. I loved him very much. I can't get rid of all my pictures of him. He is part of my history and our daughter's history, but I realize I should really get rid of any of all his clothes and various personal items that are no longer wanted. I don't want to get rid of everything pertaining to him. But I want to love again, or at least have a relationship again. Even my deceased husband would want me to go on. I have even thought about leaving my home and goin away somewhere to work in a new place and start a complete new life.
Oh my god!!! I still have a pair of shorts and a few album photos of trips with my exes. I don't see the shorts often. The photo albums are put away. I never thought of burning the photos or getting rid of the pants. Wow..... thank you for this. I mean it's been over four years that I am single. I am tunning in from Quebec Canada.

I feel the same , my man we had a long distance falling out , when he friend requested me in jan 2020 my heart fluttered, he is married and I have a friend but the feelings are the same for us both . I was willing to give up everything for him but too late stating this , he found it to stressful after saying that I am the love of his life ...never forget it 100 % he ghosted me . I am lost and living with a person who loves me , before this fb request I ran across a photo of him in Ontario he is overseas, I thought nothing of it just that's weird , after my sad desperation in email = regret. I woke to his eyes at 2 am , I do not know what his eyes look like now . Anyways it's hard , I got into telepathy = now I think I should let faith take its path ...so I need to delete his messages of love for me .Beautiful songs for me . Funny thing with emails he picked a wife with my looks etc me my partner the same ..but never the same heart feeling. Going to listen to this shed a tear and delete my soul mate.

Our greatest wisdom is one of letting go.
In that case i guess i will be forever alone. My fiance had died unexpectedly and I never ask for this to happen. I was left with our engagement rings, the wedding cards and wedding gift boxes which he bought in advance for our wedding and we have travelled the world for many years with thousands of pictures... that is so unfair for me on every level its like ive been punish for something which i dont even know why for.

I love most of your advice, Master Sri. However, I cannot/will not get rid of all things of my late husband of nearly 12 years, who was killed last year. Just about everything I possess, including my house and vehicle, I got with him. I cannot afford to move right now or replace 90% of my possessions that we accumulated together, considering I lost his income. I will not delete all photos of him. His mom got me pictures from his childhood, so I created a slideshow for his Celebration of Life. I will not delete them or the slideshow.
I'm a younger widow (40), and I haven't met any widowers my age. That said, the right person for me will need to understand that my late husband will simply be a part of my life. I've met those who fell in love while still in grief, and actually, that love helped them heal and move forward.
