The old photo thing is very true. I have gotten rid of boxes of a lifetime of photos, and probably 98% of my life mementoes. Mostly because of past narcissistic abuse, but it has made my future much better, and I no longer have anxiety or bad feelings about the past. It really has helped me to concentrate on the future.
I'm so glad you've found a way to get through, and getting some kind of healing from the traumas, narcissistic abuse is one of the most horrendous things someone could ever go through (and try and recover from) 🩷💕🩷

Omg the message to self method is so true 😱 couple a months ago I find a website that you can write a message your future self. And than they send your letter to you whatever date you want it. I was using the site like digital diary so I was also writing what I want to happen in a month after. Next month everything magically happened 😍 I was doing that unconsiciously but last month I wrote a little bit more things than the other month so I am waiting. I always go by the lake and meditate and speak to the universe starting with gratitude. I have seen many miracles happen for me in the same spot during the years. Water is very powerful. Also because 70%+ of our body is water, we should be careful of what we say all the time.

As I am a photographer, I can't do this. I have 5 backups. I can delete all from phone. But I have them somewhere always.

I wanted to try no.4 but I have some images of my children I wanted to keep so I thought I’d start with deleting all the unnecessary apps and files from my phone then work towards the images.
Within around 25 minutes I received an email regarding a job opportunity. It’s blowing my mind but not simultaneously as I know what the capabilities of the universe are. 💜

You can do it via emailing yourself and set a scheduled time and date that it is sent. As involving another party will put their vibration into it, and there focus on it. So could change that out come. Love and blessings
