Thank you so much! So good. I love the holistic approach of your work and the awesome exercises you share. Flat feet, frozen big toe, bunions, hip issues etc all part of my experience. Your exercises & sole are are helping me!
Thank you for your comment - stoked to hear you are finding value out of our channel and products 🙏 keep up the great work and feel free to reach out if you have any questions along the way!
I have had insertional Achilles pain and a very stiff big toe. Is it possible that the stiff big toe is causing a biomechanical issue at the heel that is causing the pain where the Achilles inserts into the calcaneus?
It's certainly possible that they are related and it's always worth improving big toe mobility if you can - however it's also important to look upstream at the hip and obviously in the calf complex itself and to increase strength + stability in these areas with a progressive program. This is best done under the guidance of a professional - you can connect with a like-minded practitioner in our network through the TFC Pro Directory on our website 🙏 thefootcollective.com/pages/tfc-pro-directory
Thank you !

Mine doesn't work, plantar tendon gave out, and it's awful.
Is there anyone out there who would give me an on line consultation and training advice. I live in uk and would love to improve my feet. Thanks
Yes we have a great like-minded podiatrist based in London who offers telehealth consultations - her name is Rina Harris rinaharris.com/ 🙏
After hallux valgus surgery big to extension is almost impossible 🫣 is there any chance I can get full mobility back…?
