What helped my plantar fasciitis and foot mobility was walking in my backyard on varied terrain and materials, rocks, tree roots, dirt, etc. daily for about 15 to 20 minutes. Nature was the best at giving us daily foot release & stretching automatically just by being mobile. Thanks for all your informative videos for helping to free up our feet which affects the rest of the body as well!

Thank you, explains how the foot functions and I liked analysis of gait. The exercises are very useful as well for improving foot strength. As a non-physio I could understand the content easily.

Thank you. All these exercises help alleviate the problems and improve mobility for sure. Those big toes though will never function the same again unless there is a surgery with unknown results... I would like to sue all the shoe companies for destroying my feet and causing me all kinds of body imbalances. But then I should also sue my parents for not knowing any better... 😅
