8:55 that's what makes it that much more painful for Levi - he allowed them to bring the wine, to drink it.
Levi beating the shit out of Zeke is one of the best parts about this anime. Satisfaction every single time you see it.
13:10 this is the start of one of the most heartbreaking scenes in AoT. You can see how delusional the younger generation is but at the same time, Keith Shadiss doesn't help by continuing the old "tune" of learning to kill titans (the island is free of them, for all intents and purposes)

the "if memories are what shape people, a part of you is berthold now" simply doesnt make sense, i mean, it does at first, but if you think about it, Eren has memories from Frieda (who prefear eldians inside the wall to die instead of people outside the walls), Lara (who is with Marley) and his Father, who we dont know how much he agrees on what he is doing right now, yet Eren is doing what he wants. Why Armin or any other titan shifter wouldnt too?

Yeah, honestly Zeke made the exact same mistake that Porco made. Porco was used to being feared and intimidating JUST BECAUSE he was a Titan; so when he got swarmed by the Scouts, he was freaked out. Zeke, thought that Levi would just surrender and let himself be killed because the Titans in front of him were his own soldiers.
But that's the thing about labelling your enemy and telling them what you call them. You want to label someone an asshole?? Then they will ACT like an asshole. Marley labelled Eldians as Devils and called them Devils to their faces then the Eldians are going to ACT like Devils. lol. It's what happens when you live a life of arrogance and feeling superior to everyone around you. You forget how to claw and dig and scrape your own way out of the hell you live in.

Zeke tried to use Levis care for his squad against him. If anything he humanised Levi too much, he didn't know that Levi was so jaded that it wouldn't make a difference who the Titan was
@@thepowerofsand6180 There is that aspect, that's true. But also when someone is a self important narcissist like Zeke. They can't understand that antagonizing someone isn't an intelligent strategy.
Like think about Cesar, Genghis Khan, Hitler. None of them ever imagined in their wildest, darkest nightmares that the very people they demonized would actually ACT like demons. Thinking that Levi would be to overwhelmed with emotions was Zeke projecting his own emotions into a situation. Also it shows that Zeke actually knows nothing about the Ackerman's.
That one shot with all the Titans surrounding Levi and his eyes getting calmer and almost dead, was like the artist saying what we all knew. Those titans were dead; they just didn't know it yet. Levi would mourn the dead later, for who they used to be. But right now, these titans were just in his way.

As for Eren and Mikasa. Eren suggests to Mikasa that it is blood and talks about the order he gave her to Fight!. But Mikasa immediately remembers that this is not it. She only follows him because he wrapped his scarf around her when she needed it.
This already shows that what Eren says is simply not true, but he hit Mikasa where it hurt the most.
Besides, we have one scene in season 1 when Eren calls Armin a coward, a cattle in a pen. Mikasa doesn't hesitate to punch Eren right in the face. It doesn't take much to understand that what he told her was a lie.
There is also a question about who was on which side. Eren didn't ask any of his close companions about it. He just put them in that situation.

I rewatched AOT recently. only after the second time I realized that all the actions of Eren, Floch and the Jaegerists are quite logical and justified, while Armin and the others are just naive dreamers who do not know the world. although during the first viewing I was angry at Eren and Floch
I agree Armin and the others are just naive dreamers who do not know the world. But as logical Eren and Jeagerists actions are, i don't think they are justified. And don't make me wrong, Eren is my favorite character with the fourth season. But i don't think he is right in his actions. I just understand him and i feel for him, because of how complicated his situations and his feelings are.
@@vincentvieille5996 To me they are justified, cause with the titans power Eren is able to see past and future just like Armin shares memories with the Colossal titan. Therefore he knows that there's no other way to solve things other than doing it the hard way! I mean... Who wouldn't react like that after all they've been through?

My counterpoint to the original comment would be that the only reason this seems somewhat logical is because Eren basically declared war early in the season. Before this, Eldia was starting to establish some friendly relations with other countries, such as Hizuru. It was presented as being an uphill battle, but who knows how far diplomacy would have come if Eren didn't attack Marley.
Also, personally, I just don't think anything can justify a genocide on that scale. I don't see how it's ever naive to stop a mass-genocide, even if you have no alternative to the problem genocide was trying to solve. Having no plan is better than planning genocide.

The major problem is the fact that Marley's people were brainwashed into think that Paradise's people were demons. Anyway a genocide is never a good thing but as you saw from the post credit scene of the last episode, another war occured because Eren couldn't atchieve his goal and guess what... Since he didn't the loop was not interrupted, in fact last thing we see is the big tree that was once discovered by Ymir so we all know how this is going to evolve into!
they are right about destroying marley, but there should have been a regime change by destroying the military... the reason why eren decided genocide was an option was because marley people wanted to commit genocide on paradis island since the beginning and so eren did it for revenge. And also cuz they maybe thought that there was no cure for the marleyans to change them cuz they were too brainwashed by marley

Just like a lot of other people I think you're going to hate Eren and that make me sad... Hopefully you're going to realize how right he was in the end, its just absurd to me how everybody was cheering for him/them in the beginning when Colossal and Armored titan broke the walls and now you're switch team even though you know what led them to this!
