Watched video without realising it was Electric Mojo Guitars. I bought a couple of Vemuram pedals from you earlier this year; a great shopping experience especially seeing as I'm in the UK. Subbed.
@@ElectricMojoGuitars My pleasure. Well since you are asking…I am actually considering buying the Milkman One Watt Plus. Being in Denmark I have little options to try out the gear ahead of purchase. I have a pedal rig consisiting of Strymon Deco, Flint, Dig and Sunset. I would love to learn how they sound with the Milkman One Watt Plus. If that kind of gear is ok with you. I would also enjoy more with telecaster together with the milkman as well as anything new strat with this amp. Preferably bluse stuff but your playing is so soulfull that anything goes. PS If you can I would also love a comparison with the Milkman standard 12 cekestion 12 Greenback vs the Alnico Blue speaker in the One Watt Plus. Thanks for asking and no expectations off course! Best, Mik
@@MikPeterRasmussen Awesome, thanks for the recommendations. Unfortunately, making a video showcasing all of these options/comparisons would be a little too complicated. However, we filmed a demo of the Milkman One Watt Plus a few months ago! You might like this one: ua-cam.com/video/qYSJWysY3zU/v-deo.html
@@ElectricMojoGuitars Did not expect all of those and merely replued your question about what I would like to see. The Strymon Sunset for instance. I have little idea how the One Watt Plus handle pedals. I saw your Milkman video already. This was why I begann to follow you ;-) Just wondered how the One Watt Plus alcutally sound with the different speakter options when someone skilled like yourself put them to the test. There does not seem to be that comparison anywhere. Imagine the Alnico Blue is great too but I have no idea if I would prefer it over the one you demonstrated so beautifully. All good and I get it. Just what would work for me. Especially the Sunset and Flint would be great to know about. Reverg and Overdrive. Does the One Watt Pluss handle that well and would the Greenback or Alnico be better? All I need to know to make a descision but can not find anything along that desire. If you know I would likely take your word for it even if I had hope to listen off course ;-) Best, Mik
@@MikPeterRasmussen Awesome, thanks so much for the kind words! It's really appreciated. The name of the guy in the vids is Stu Weinberg. Check him out, he's one hell of a guitar player! I'll keep you suggestions in mind. In the meantime, to answer your questions, I'd say the One Watt Plus takes pedals really well (the Greenback speaker is my personal favorite speaker option in this one).
Kickass man I almost forgot I came for a demo. Started dancing in the kitchen 🤘😅 I just bought one along with the new UA Max dual compressor that's supposed to compete with it. On the demos though, the UA sounds great but noisy, similar to the plugins. The Cali76 sounds pretty quiet on UA-cam as far as noise goes, was that your experience?
@@ElectricMojoGuitars I agree I returned the UA, which was nice but got real hot and was a little noisier. Would probably be better in a studio atmosphere but for gigging the Cali76 is unbeatable, especially the Stacked edition
Thanks! I've never tried the UAD 1176 plugin, but I found this demo if you'd like to see some comparisons: vintageking.com/blog/2019/07/vk-shootout-1176-emulations/
Thanks so much! I'm super happy to read that. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact slide model/size Stu used when filming that demo. 😬 Sorry about that.
The Stacked Edition is sort of an 'in-between' between the Cali76 Compact Deluxe and the SlideRIG Compact Deluxe. If you think you don't need to go 100% SlideRIG and would also like to reach Cali76-CD tones, the Stacked Edition is a really awesome option.
I know that most of the cali76 line is transparent or hardly notice any “squish” but for the stacked version it seems like you can get a obvious big squish can you confirm this?
You're right, the Cali76 Stacked Edition is able to produce squish-ier tones than the Cali76 Compact Deluxe. I'd say both are capable of transparent tones however.

That beginning jam is so tasty, I’ve had it on repeat probably over 100 times.
I’m not even joking.
Good job.
Honestly worthy of it’s own release.
@@WTF-Cubing Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the vid.

Amazing soulful playing🔥 Keep posting 👏🙌🏻🤘🏻

Was wondering, which models of compressors does this brand have.
Origin Effects currently offer the Cali76 Compact Deluxe, the Cali76 Stacked Edition and the SlideRIG Compact Deluxe.

Cali76 or effectrode pc2a?
It would really depend on the type of tones you're after. Any idea of the type of sounds you're looking for from your next comp?

What control the ratio?
The Cali76 Stacked Edition doesn't have a Ratio control (it's fixed at 4:1).
