There’s some brilliant dudes everywhere in America who been spent YEARS as a ammy but never made pro but have SOOOO much wisdom to give go to a gym ask questions go to fights network some good game can be taught a town or 3 over any direction
Really good explanation, but i have a question if i have my hands up how do i protect myself from a liver hook. But all ready fell that liver hook and damn it hurt
one problem I have in amateur boxing is that the referees won't let you bend at the waste to dodge punches. They say it's tow and you need to stand straight. I don't understand this as all pro boxers use this and without this it's a totally different game...
+Gary Shaw Freddie is extremely technical too. Watch his videos. Brandon Krause has great fundamentals. What makes Freddie great are his game plans and development of his fighters. When he made Manny a two handed fighter, right hook. Manny was virtually unbeatable.
+Gary Shaw you are very unaware what It is to coach or train. yes he might have a better way of explanation but there is a lot to do in boxing and lots to learn. a camp is 6 to 16 weeks. Freddie trains champs unless he gets those kids to be champions no matter how much better he is experience and resume overshadows everyything
fabrizzio monsalve a two handed fighter is a boxer that has the power and skill set to consistently hurt or KO opponents with either hand- like Manny or Roy Jones, Jr., Mike Tyson. As opposed to Larry Holmes (straight right) or Joe Frazier (left hook) not that any of these guys haven't gotten the KO with either hand but the latter were known for the "big punch" unlike the former known for being deadly with either hand.
Knocked a kid out today on the inside! Landed an uppercut followed immediately by a hook with the same hand as he tried to back away! It felt AMAZING!!!
Mark Segali not a hater, just calling out your bullshit. Which gym you training at? I’d love to come see if you could knock me out. If you even still in the game
I don't understand a word that guy typed, besides sissy, and I don't know what his problem is. Maybe he just hates anybody that likes Pacquiao. Also, Manny's fighting style isn't a pussy style, it's daring, because your offense is your D. You can't fight like that forever. If I boxed, I'd prefer a well rounded style.
How is this guy a good teacher and Ellie don't delete my comment when fighting on the inside u gotta tap that body double every punch u throw and move it head although if ur fighting on the inside its mostly by feeling Cus ur gonna get hit regardless so Brandon should be teaching how to get out of it but its always good to fight on the inside
It can be effective but you also have to be reasonably strong yourself and conditioned well as it is taxing on the gas tank... but yes can be very effective in neutralizing an aggressive fighter
Andrew Ward is a terrific infighter. Floyd Mayweather is superb in the pocket. Classic Fights where there was a lot of infighting are Chuvalo v. Patterson (former fight of the year) and Frazier v. Quarry I (former fight of the year). Mathis v. Tyson was a great show of how infighting can be used to negate power, but in the end Mathis lost.
Are these inside fighting techniques legal in amateur boxing? I hardly see any amateur boxers do this. Is there a reason for that? Is smothering illegal? Is putting your head to his side and pinning your opponent's arms with your shoulder illegal in amateur boxing?
no it isn't illegal. it's only that this is commonly used by fighters who are short for their division. they use their hips to produce a shitload of power
Good philosopher but I'm not feeling him put your hands high and come in give me that body teaching 10 things in one time never good not bad for amateur though
boxing is such a beautiful sport and with these coaches teaching the sweat techniques it will live on for ever.

This guy is quickly becoming my favorite u tube coach!
Energetic speaking makes you retain the techniques thanks guys!!! Badass
it is called passion for what he is doing. I agree with you though.
I have always been more of a counter puncher, but I'm starting to see fighting in the pocket to be an art of it's own.

Does anybody really think Freddie Roach is a better trainer than this guy? It doesn't get much more technical.
+Gary Shaw Freddie is extremely technical too. Watch his videos. Brandon Krause has great fundamentals. What makes Freddie great are his game plans and development of his fighters. When he made Manny a two handed fighter, right hook. Manny was virtually unbeatable.
William Kim cool thanks for explaining

fabrizzio monsalve I was saying he is a 2 handed fighter which Freddie developed a right hook for manny.
fabrizzio monsalve a two handed fighter is a boxer that has the power and skill set to consistently hurt or KO opponents with either hand- like Manny or Roy Jones, Jr., Mike Tyson. yes kids, don't fall forward like pacquiao
idk why, but i can hear roger mayweather say, u dont kno shit abt boxing lol
Brother man coach got to say something. And is not adding value
See how well explained and articulated this lesson and explanation is when the interviewer shuts up and lets him talk?!
Nice video. You may also want to checkout the review of how to fight on my blog at *dennisreviews. com/how-to-fight-review/* Thanks, Skylar.
The kids reactions are hilarious. Respect tho!!
so much experiential knowledge in these short clips, that's one good coach,
Wow I wish the white dude as my trainer, what a legend.
Now that's excellent coaching!
bernard hopkins, james toney, roberto duran wrote the book for me on the inside you can't get much better than those 3
Brandon is so knowledgeable! One of the most underrated trainers. Keep up the good work Brandon!
Wow These kids have great coaches! Much respect, and best wishes to these future champs.
Damn only high level boxers would know this guy really don’t understand inside fighting lol
These trainers completely forgot the wrestling that goes with inside fighting
They have to watch roberto durans fights
Priceless!
Knocked a kid out today on the inside! Landed an uppercut followed immediately by a hook with the same hand as he tried to back away! It felt AMAZING!!!

5 senedir Kick box yapıyorum amatör profesyonel maçlara çıkıyorum 5senede antrenörümün öğrettiği den daha çok bilgi aldım şu videoda
Kick boksta yaşanan şeyler değil ki bunlar. Kick boks antrenörunu suçlama
he make sense

absolutely amazing info!! would love to train here
would you say this is an effective solution for wild style brawler type aggressive fighters? smother and controlling them on the inside
It can be effective but you also have to be reasonably strong yourself and conditioned well as it is taxing on the gas tank... but yes can be very effective in neutralizing an aggressive fighter
Best inside fighting u can look at:Riddick Bowe - Andre Ward- Kassim Ouma -James Toney.
I love boxing and i love sparring and thanks for this video, unfortunate that im in the UK otherwise i would switch gyms
uppercuts and hooks are the best punches to throw on the inside
very nice lesson on the inside

0Shane13 you mean Andre * Ward
What about henry armstrong and roberto duran?
"And kids, remember the #1 rule... never fight like Pacquiao" or you'll end up in coma.
