The character animation is really good and even a lot better than some of the stuff shown on Disney channel. However some of the background art and also the Voice acting (more the Voice editing. The acting is pretty good) shows that this isn't a professional budget production.
A lesser writer would have made a tired old boomer joke about Dave being _even more frightened_ when his wife shows up. "Oh noOoOo! The ol' ball-and-chain, am I right fellas?" I'm happy they took the high road on that one. Dave and Lucia's relationship is clearly mixed, but they show it in original, less inherently harmful ways.

Satina is literally the most innocent demon I have seen in my life. While Dave may not be the best person ever he's still a damn good father if I've ever seen one. Props to Dave for managing to have a daughter with Satan and still have her love him greatly. I'm hoping for an episode where Dave and Lucia try to work things out together or at least have a moment where they don't hate each other. Either way the wholesomeness in this show despite the grim story and atmosphere is amazing, please keep working on this and take your time. We will support you guys all the way!

I saw this first episode a long time ago for the first time, 3 years ago in fact and then I forgot the name of this channel, but low and behold 3 years later and there’s 4 episodes!
I like to guess he was drunk one night in a bar, met Lucia (possibly in a human form) took her over to his place. Then she forced him into a demonic pack so he can be Satina's father because of how much she nags to Lucia about having a human dad. I believe that he got so wasted, he walked in on a satanic ritual to summon the Ruler of Hell, somehow convinced Lucina to hit the sack, and vaguely knew about it.

Oh man does this make me want me want more episodes. They're so cute, fluently animated and my god the voice acting is amazing. Some parts give me some Eddsworld vibes but that might just be me. Either way, this is brilliant!

I remember watching this video when it was first released and thought this was a very cute animation on its own. I just rewatched it and caught up with the rest of the series, and I have to say, I absolutely LOVE this series! “Satina” is like a fun mashup of Gravity Falls, classic SpongeBob, Garfield, and Beetlejuice all blended together beautifully, with a cute and quirky demonic cherry on top! 😈 I know independent animated series on UA-cam of this quality take a long time to produce, but in Satina’s case, the wait is well worth it. I look forward to seeing more whenever it comes! 😁

I saw this first episode a long time ago for the first time, 3 years ago in fact and then I forgot the name of this channel, but low and behold 3 years later and there’s 4 episodes!
I...am seriously interested in how that whole relationship started between Dave and Lucia that led to Satina.
I like to guess he was drunk one night in a bar, met Lucia (possibly in a human form) took her over to his place. Then she forced him into a demonic pack so he can be Satina's father because of how much she nags to Lucia about having a human dad. Being in his drunken state, he obviously didnt know what he was getting into and agreed to the pack

I remember watching this video when it was first released and thought this was a very cute animation on its own. I just rewatched it and caught up with the rest of the series, and I have to say, I absolutely LOVE this series! “Satina” is like a fun mashup of Gravity Falls, classic SpongeBob, Garfield, and Beetlejuice all blended together beautifully, with a cute and quirky demonic cherry on top! 😈
I know independent animated series on UA-cam of this quality take a long time to produce, but in Satina’s case, the wait is well worth it. I look forward to seeing more whenever it comes! 😁
