I've been waiting for the QuickJack TL series to drop, do you feel like an extra 3" of workspace would be ideal or if these are good enough for most tasks on a Vette?
I think these are more than good enough for any task you need other than dropping the engine out the bottom of the car. I'll be doing the clutch swap with them so we'll see how well they work dropping transmisson and torque tube.
The Vette looks good! Is that the QJ 7000TL model? Im looking for one to lift my Ram 1500 and my 06 C6. Does the extra width cause an issue, since I’m looking to install side skirts. Also, since the Vette has such a narrow span, do you have pucks in your Vette? The 37” minimum span seems as if it won’t sit properly on my pucks? Any information would be appreciated.
Thank you! I went with the 7000TLX so I could lift my trucks as well. Haven't tried the Duramax yet but I'll try it soon. I have the stock pucks and you can get the rear to line up with the pucks but the front I had to directly on the frame due to it being just a little too wide. It worked out just fine though and was very stable during clutch swap and all.
I'll get one out soon, mostly been trouble shooting. It's somewhere in the harness or PCM is fried on those ports. Thinking about just going with the Holley dominator setup and call it good. Bunch of mods still waiting to go on it.

Nice vid. Did you use "pucks" at the jack points?
Thank you. No aftermarket pucks. I just used the rubber blocks that come with the jacks.
