Fun fact: at one point when wolverine died he left in his will he wanted his job at xaviers school to be given to Spiderman, everyone was against it because he wasn't a mutant but did it solely to honor wolverines wishes.
During his time there Spiderman caught all the kids that were misbehaving and was the only teacher every student respected and listened to. He left because he realized he was making everyone look bad and kids started asking if they should switch to the Spiderman outfit instead of the x-men uniform.

Considering all the shit Spidey went through with the Avengers and the X-Men in the past(especially his very first interaction with them) this felt more personal than it was supposed to be. And Spidey being part of the JLA would actually be great in a crossover. He’d be great with so many members though I think Wonder Woman’s thoughts of “Men’s World” would maybe be somewhat of a problem for a few weeks and Spider-Man did have bad blood with some of the Telepaths in his world **cough** Xavier! **cough** so J'onn would also be troubling.

Honestly, Bat-Family Spider-Man sounds very OP. Think about it, Spider-Man is already a pretty powerful hero. He's strong enough to punch Scorpion's jaw off, durable enough to routinely survive explosions to the face, and fast enough to keep pace with rocket powered flight. And then you bring in the Spider-Sense, which is a whole other round of OP.

Really funny thing is there is a comic where on a mission Hawkeye tells Spiderman that if he ever missed a shot than he would just be another guy with a bow. Well while on look out Hawkeye shoots an arrow and misses the convict. So Spiderman knocks out the convict sees the arrow (taser claw) and places it on the convict before Hawkeye can see. Proving Spiderman is the GOAT and Hawkeye is just a under qualified guy that can shoot a bow and arrow.
He’s not under qualified it’s just a reality of the world they live in. The reason he missed is mostly due a lack of confidence as shown by him saying that in the first place. He knows that he’s just a man going up against people more powerful than him. It’s sad in a way because there’s a decline in his skill because of his mentality
