It definitely helped me with the formula for pricing in reference to what I need out of my business not just trying to be competitive in the market and pricing based on what I think I can sell.
Do you have a book on structuring a value ladder for a funnel-building agency such as specific lower services graduating to the high end in more detail than what was introduced in the video?
I have a burning question, Mike... I have gone through several of your trainings and they are really amazing! My question is on getting clients... I have done a long-form blog post already. I am having a challenge generating leads outside of my network... and from all your trainings you talk about reaching out to your network. Any ideas to get clients besides your network and driving paid traffic to the blog post?
@@SellYourService Yes I do, I have tried contacting them via email, Instagram or their website, with a link to the long-form blog post where I have a lead magnet that has a five-day email sequence nurturing and closing them. But from my stats, people are not visiting the blog post at all. I almost feel like I am in the wrong niche now...
Also, I don't know whether I should have a small list (say 10-20) of ideal targeted people then try have multiple contacts with them eg via email, IG, Linkedin, etc or go for the numbers where I contact as many which could mean just one point of contact?

I'm so glad to hear that man - thanks for the comment
Really amazing! I don't have a marketing agency but I could see a lot of parallels with other consulting and service agencies.
Absolutely man. It's a very flexible model

Very useful 🙏🙏
Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed it (:
Great advice. I’m definitely gonna implement this in my service matrix. P.S. that microphone sounds atrocious. But thank you for the information!
Thanks Jason glad it was useful

Awesome, thanks for the comment and I love the question. Do you have a defined niche?
@@SellYourService Yes I do. "We work with Forex Coaching Programs that want to generate unlimited clients and sell 2x their core offer on autopilot!"
Awesome - so have you got a list of Forex Coaches and programmes that you want to target?
