After looking at many many recipes since i have never made this, i went with yours and it was to die for. Only difference i used leftover thanksgiving turkey breast, and i didn't have any white wine on hand, but did have some dry Sherry, so i used that. This was the most delicious dish. And I can't thankyou enough i have made atleast 100 of your recipes(have put my own twist on a few and changed some ingredients Haha). You feel like a sister to me and I just love you so dearly thankyou laura for inspiring me so so much. You mean so much to me I can't explain💚
As is often the case, I just watched a different recipe for this dish and compared to that, Laura's version has so many little variations that I know will add SO much flavor. A little touch of garlic, a melty cheese added to the dry cheese, cream cheese in the sauce, breadcrumbs and dabs of butter on the crust. Laura, you have got the touch!
Well I can happily say (and so can my stomach and that of my husband's lol) that I made this tonight and it was an absolute triumph. It was absolutely amazing and one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Thank you so much for this incredible recipe. It will definitely be a family favourite for sure. Thank you Laura. I made this for Easter, mostly because I live for pasta aaand it was my cheat day, and let me just say this was AMAZING. I used turkey instead of chicken because it's what I had on hand and a lot of extra peas because.. well, I love peas lol. I'm a lover of red sauce pastas as opposed to white, but this dish might've changed my mind. It was so deliciously creamy and cheesy and the panko breadcrumbs are probably what put it over the top for me. I was picking at the leftovers all day today lol. this'll be my go-to dish for special occasions from now on xx

OMG! I never knew it was so easy to make! Looks delicious. Thank you. We have a lot of turkey leftover. I’m going to use dry Pepperidge Farms stuffing, in place of the breadcrumbs, and Bell’s poultry seasoning, in place of the Italian herbs.
