HOW to FIX NOT ENOUGH CUSTOMERS in Cities: Skylines 2

In this Cities: Skylines 2 video I will be showing you how to fix the not enough customers problems in your city.
First we will be looking at how to know where to place commercial zoning in your city and why it should be placed in certain areas and what happens if you don't place your commercial zoning in these areas.
Up next, we will be discussing the how you shouldn't place massive blocks of commercial zoning and should scatter patches of commercial zoning around your city, in small pockets or lining the occasional road. Doing this helps attract different customers, lowers the chance of duplicate buildings and helps keep commercial competition down.
Next, we will be talking about how it is helpful to build smaller commercial buildings as well as large, as smaller commercial buildings pay less rent, are expecting a lower amount of customers and this also helps keep commercial competition down as it lowers the chance of duplicate buildings.
Finally, we talk about how accessibility to commercial areas is very important and that to improve accessibility you will need to create more public transport routes and more strategically placed stops, create more pedestrian footpaths so it will be easier for citizens to get to commercial areas by foot, place down more parking lots and encourage roadside parking so that more citizens will drive to your commercial areas, and finally fix any traffic problems your city has as this will also encourage more of your citizens to drive to your commercial areas.
