I'm facing an issue with not enough uneducated and poorly educated workers, how can I fix this? there is NO DEMAND for residential as there are still enough space on existing buildings, there is a HUGE DEMAND for workplaces and it seems like I might have over educated my city of 14k population, I'm not sure whether is there a fix for this

traffic is broken in this game. Devs dont know what to do. "remove trafic lights" which city have no traffic lights? but if you have them its a mess

Lowered the basin to just above sea level as you suggested, and boom, suddenly I'm getting 107% efficiency instead of a puny 3%. Thanks man, I always just thought Dams were bugged.

Very good explanation but for likelihood to real dams, the arch must be built in the opposite direction to counteract the water pressure.

I think the sealevel is my dams problem, darn..

Almost never do tip 4. Traffic doesn't just want to get through your junction it wants to get start to end. If you prevent it's turn maybe it has to go though 4 other junctions

My traffic uses only one enter...

Roundabouts are kind of terrible above 3-4 lanes. They do their job well for smaller roads.
