It's taken me to get to Sketch 11 before I can see my own layout with these, lol. Thank you sooo much! I picture this as a school photo and the little banners as crayons, star's are glue, scissors etc.

Thank you for all the info in this video, you really help me look at sketches differently. A qoestion, I am sometimes struggling with transforming the traditional 12x12 sketches into copysizepaper, the format of my layouts. Can you make an example of this transformation in one of your lessons? Thanks in advance and thanks for generously sharing your knowledge.
She may not do this in her free sketch and video, but purchased sketches and purchased sketch variations generally do show how to adjust for copy sized paper (8 1/2 x 11).
Thank you so much! I'm glad that the videos are helping! I completely understand the struggle with adjusting the sketches to fit 8-1/2 x 11" layouts. It's tricky to go from a design intended for a square and making it work on a rectangle. I don't know if I would ever do that size in a video just because that's not the size of album I use, so I've always worked with 12 x 12" sizes. I do make a 3-page PDF that has more sketch examples showing the different changes you can make to the sketch and there is one 8-1/2 x 11" option on there. You can find it here: scrapbookgeneration.com/digital-download-allison-davis-for-sg-sketch-support-bonus-sketch-examples-16/ Generally, when I adjust the sketch design to work on an 8-1/2 x 11" base, I try to find a way to reduce the width of the papers or elements on the sketch to fit the smaller width of the 8-1/2 x 11" base.
