Michael is amazing, I used to visit the ritzy every Friday when I worked for hertz car rental in the 80s. He never forgot a name and treated my mum to tea at the ritz, he has not aged a bit! Lovely genuine man.
@@ankittalukdar9328 you bet, lots a famous people stayed in the top London hotels and my job was paying all the concierge commission.... It was a total blast x
These guys are the definition of hospitality. Thrilled to see the son follow in his fathers footsteps. I look forward to the day my wife and I travel to the ritz to be serviced by this wonderful family. Caesar would be proud!
What a character. No question, every time I’ve visited the London Ritz I immediately get the feeling that I’m in one of, if not the most beautiful hotels in the World.
I had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz in 1999 for our 10th wedding anniversary (surprise present for my wife). The look of disbelief on her face was something to behold. At first, she thought I’d stopped to ask directions. The experience from start to finish, is something we’ll never forget.
I think my favorite part about this beyond Michael's exuberant pride and love for his career and the enterprise he's a part of is the respect and affection his son clearly has for his father and the job they share.
He is a magician, such a professional and lovely concierge. Especially today, with so many young people looking for their work and life balance, this man walking his extra mile for the client is a monument... We love it!!!❤
This man embodies a lesson I hope to instill in my child- pride in a career is not the job itself but the effort that one puts into it, to be the very best. That is the pursuit of a fulfilling job
Absolutely wonderful to see men with pride on what they do. I can only imagine the level of service this family provides. I applaud you sir and your son. God Bless.
The Ritz is one of the best hotels I had the pleasure to stay in. Service is beyond description. My wife and I thought Hotel Crillon was great . But, The Ritz still reigns as king.
If only the Ritz looked as glorious as depicted in this. It is falling apart, the rooms are small and creaking. It's time for a total refurb. The history and location however cannot be disputed.
Mental delayed specs, aliens, mental ills. This is what is a secret to stay in a hotel to manifest like all the animals, to have a bad behavior and repeatedly do it over and over again. Go home animals. mental delayed.
These top hotels are for the wealthy who have no problem spending £1000s so not a rip off for them, only a rip off for the average person who can't afford to stay there anyway. Is a Ferrari a rip off for a wealthy person? Is a Louis Vuitton a rip off for a wealthy person? Is a 1st class plane ticket a rip off for a wealthy person? etc etc Wealthy people don't really care about the price they care about the impeccable service, the well connected Concierge who can get you anything with a phone call, the quality food & drinks and attention to detail. They don't shop around for the best price they go to what they know and trust, which is why alot of wealthy people stay in the same hotel again and again and again, the staff are like family to them. Same for all the top hotels Which is why i almost always stay at the Dorchester for the last 12 years, it may not be the best hotel or the cheapest for my stay but they know me and i know them like a family. Familiarity and trust is more important than £££
@@charlesjay8818 spot on to some extent. First Class with BA costs more and is worse than Emirates Business Class so on that basis, the BA First Class tickets are a rip off.
Do they have a Holidome ? How many cable channels have they got ? How many movie channels ? Do they have Taco Tuesday there ? Any deals on Margaritas or beer ? Whats the bar like ? Have they got country & western ? Have they got truck parking ? Do they charge you for extra towels ? Are the pillows hypoallergenic ? The soap and shampoo are free aren't they ?

How can you afford all that??
This is better than any ad the Ritz could've produced.
I am sure Ritz payed for this, so this is an ad
Absolutely

This guy has to be one of the most well connected people in London.
I absolutely love this man ! Have been lucky enough to stay many times at the Ritz and each visit is just as magical as the first wonderful memories ❤

What a great surprise for her
I like people who are passionate with their jobs. They are usually the best people. They truly enjoy life and you can feel their energy

Imagine the people he has gotten to meet. This is pretty awesome. Providing great service is a challenging art.

Love these guys. As an employer this is the kind of person you will bend over backwards to keep hold of.
A pleasure to see you, Mr Wick.
"'Hah...!!!"'😳 Reminds me of the late Princess Diana, used to staycation here with Dodi Al-Fayed, in the early 1990s'...!!!☝️🫤
aww I LOVE THIS !
Ritz is so opulent and I really like it! The more a place is opulent, the better for me. Baroque style, paintings, gold, I love all of this.
Have they been brought over yet?
Years ago we were touristing about as students and I swear we stopped in here for fun and Mr. Cozar gave us directions of Leicester Square.
Big shoutout to the 4ra support team from me as well, helped me navigate the site and place my first bet. They’re awesome!
I love how out of service, they are just normal lads!
You get some high end concierge that make it their whole personality.
Epitome of a true gentleman
This is what life’s about! Doing what you love (and giving God the glory🙌🏽)! May he and his son have many more joyful years working together :)
Love the color theme of 4RA, it’s so catchy and vibrant! Eye-candy bhi, money-candy bhi.
He should start a training program of how to be social ! Amazing !
Want to stay at the Ritz now, just to meet Michael, what a character …..
If only the Ritz looked as glorious as depicted in this. It is falling apart, the rooms are small and creaking. It's time for a total refurb. The history and location however cannot be disputed.
Agreed 👍🏻💯
Been with 4RA for months now, their fair play is why I keep coming back.
what a chivalrous young man!
each time I go to an event at 4rabet I'm blown away it’s more than betting it’s an epic experience
I love his spirite and it contributes to his sucess
As someone who has stayed at a few nice hotels, this is what I want to see
world class costomer service!
amazing attitude! Love it
I am reminded of several of my favorite movies.
Love that 4ra lets us bet and get our winnings fast, no waiting like other places
I'll pop in next week for tea..
That high five attempt at 0:14 says ‘we’ve never done this before’.
Very nice, thank you. 😊
So great!! Warms your heart!:)
He is a true asset for the house. Luckily, he formed his son to go further and continue in the same way.
It’s really pretty! It’s a lot yet not too much! And the location is easy to remember! ❤
I bet this Ritz concierge can score you Taylor Swift concert tickets.
This concierge can score you a dinner with The Queen.

at 4ra events it’s clear they aim to transcend expectations it’s more than just betting it’s a movement
Love how 4ra keeps everything transparent, makes me trust betting with them more.
great video!
Nobody gives better odds than 4ra, gotta admit their games are top-notch.
"My biggest motivation, the hardest request"
Naw, your biggest motivation is, a tip.
😉
Lovely from ground up.
Visit the Australian ritz in Melbourne and teach them everything as it is below average
4ra never just sticks to betting their events are next level always exceeding the norm
Ein Glück, dass es dort kein Orangensaft gibt^^
I love little britain!
Plus, the 4ra interface is so user-friendly, even my dad can use it without help.
Did anyone else see how fast 4RA updates the odds? Feels faster than a rocket!
Like the Barber of Seville. 🎉
Do they ever have specials for the average wage earner?
They probably do, but would still be too expensive for the average person i'm guessing.
every gathering at 4ra pushes the limits way beyond the confines of typical betting events
You guys seen the giveaways on 4ra this week? Crazy good odds on all bets.
A proof that it's not a job makes you who you are, but the very opposite!
why does the uniform reminds me of the Gestapo's 😂
if he really could get Ramsey ready in chelsea within few hours, he is god 😂😂😋😂😂
That's an absolutely palatial estate of a hotel o.0
Yeah, who else thinks 4ra makes it too easy to win? I've been winning more than ever!
Remains of the Day
This is the sort of enthusiasm you can bring to a job when you aren't worrying about making rent in the back of your head.
🌹Bravo ! 🌹
Verification process in 4RA so simple, got my account ready in no time
maybe ritz pay him good thats why..
Heard 4ra will have new features too even better than IPL
I wonder if he is well-perfumed.
Totally man, 4ra made IPL so much fun, can't wait for it

Winning IPL lottery on 4RBT was so thrilling can't wait to try our luck in World Cup T20
I love there thoroughly washed out English accents.
They have only one rule. No business may be conducted on the Ritz grounds. It’s consecrated.
He’s a fixer😉
Fact check, look at all the top hotels in the world vs price, all UK and European hotels are a ripoff.
