Their wedding was so low key yet still oozed glamour. Great looking couple

He was a complicated man. I know many complicated people who aren’t famous that have a hard time with things. But this guy, kept his families loyalty, kept friends and employees for decades. He made people happy.

My cousins were Manie and Lester Sacks. Frank Sinatra was Manie's best friend. Manie worked for Columbia Records and RCA Victor. He helped so many actors and singers in their careers.

Sacks said Sinatra is still around "because he's got talent" -- that is certainly an understatement! He just got better and better, perfectionist that he was. Perfectly on pitch, perfect diction, phrasing, tone, quality -- he had it all!

Very very nice, Joe. The song was written for Franks's daughter Nancy, before Tina was born, but it is applicable in part to Nancy Sr. as well. You sang it well.

M.J. Leger Not perfectly on pitch starting in the later 60s. His voice was never as good after that. But his Capitol years were untouchable.

Robert Mitchem and Lana Turner told her not to marry Sinatra because he didn't like to lose an argument and he would not stop until one of them was dead. She didn't listen and regretted it. Unfortunately, she chose three of the worst guys to marry.

He had an almost 60 year career. But he knew when to stop, he was starting to forget some lyrics, so strange for him but it happens when you are pushing 80. There's never been any vocalist like him, probably never will be. I was lucky to be acquainted with him and see him perform a number of times. He was such a gentleman, (most of the time) unless heartless reporters hounded him. People don't know how generous he was, but he literally gave millions away, he only had to hear about someone in need sometimes, and he'd pay their bills, get them food, etc. All anonymously, which is the way he wanted it. Good man, loyal friend. There were a lot of people who were jealous of him and some of them told vicious stories that were untrue, but that's part of being famous and so successful.

I love Frank's Music, though well out of my era. But Frank was not good enough for the Beautiful Ava Gardner. She was too much of a natural female, to be sculpted by Hollywood's fake persona.

Nancy was a good mother and a great wife to Frank ( I believe she lived him till her death) , she was his high school sweetheart. But Frank fell hard for Ava, she was his one true love . Their natures didn't let them stay married but they were indeed lovers forever.

Kitty Kelly was a gosip writer, fucusing only on the negative side of the famous ones! He wasn't perfect and had many flaws, probably, but he's also known to have been generous towards many people.. Too easy to call "a disgusting monster" someone you've never known, just because you read a book written by someone who portrayed negatively only anyone she ever wrote about!
