Have been doing this for more than a month now and could see significant increase in overall energy and reduction in fatigue. Sometimes i used to be extremely exhausted and tired. I recover from that quite completely if i do this mudra. Btw i do for 20 minutes against the advice of not doing it for more than 10 minutes a day! Only then i get the benefits.
@@king83virk as mentioned in my previous comment, I had constant tiredness and exhaustion. I combined this mudra with pranayama and conscious slow breathing with relaxation of muscles
@@king83virk You can continue to do Vajra Mudra for that and for 20 minutes at a stretch. The mudra starts to work only after 12 minutes actually. And, remember to work on breathing. Hyperventilation is an important reason for low BP. Try to breathe slowly but important it should not be to the point of exhaustion. Else, you can try box breathing (e.g. 4 inhale, 4 hold, 4 exhale and 4 hold) - never rush. Good luck.
What is the difference between palms up or down on the legs for instance sitting in padmasana.? Would one be more beneficial? Could the palm facing down be bad ?

While we do this mudra shud the palm rest on our thighs or the hands shud be raised index finger pointing the cloud.. which needs to be followed.pls advice
