    Sometimes the practice is more important then study,I have been practising over 2 years and just 6 or 8 months ago start feeling all this things you are tolking about,but now I can understen you very good.Thank you,Namaste

    what is it called when the nervous system is relaxed enough to surpass normal ranges of motion like you talk about in the first minute?. this is happening to me and i don't know why i can do it. it takes a deep, meditative state of mind and when it happens to me i can really manipulate my body without pain. i have been practicing on my own for 5 months now and have reached this ability already. Do you know what this is or where i can read about it?

    Also practising Ashtanga without teacher is too dengerous,there are so many small details which can injer you if you don't know them. :)))))))))
