2017 BMW F700GS Valve Clearance Check

In this video I check the valve clearance on my 2017 F700GS. Other than having to wrestle the valve cover in & out of the frame it was a pretty straight forward process.
As always, this video is purely for entertainment and I would definitely do your own research and due diligence prior to attempting on your own bike.

A tip as you mentioned powering a navi directly from battery. There is a roundish connector on the battery holder between the fuse and the relay, which is for powering the BMW navigator and has power when ignition key is on. I bought a corresponding male connector from some Chinese webshop, probably temu and power a USB charger from it. My bike is F800R -17 but it should be the same. If you need to draw more power than this connector can provide, you can trigger a relay from it to get ignition key switched power for your accessories.
