…the 737 will bounce pretty easily with power still applied in the flare. Set up the pitch angle for the flare, hold it, and gently walk the power to idle. Keep about 5 kts over target, she’ll grease right on. 🤙

Ha - you'll get dinged because your taxi light is ON and should be OFF on departure.... at least, that's been my experience. Never mind - they must have updated it. But usually, taxi light OFF when departing. I will give this a shot - been a while - been fired several times!! LOL!!! Good job, man! Very thorough!

It's crazy how MSFS still stutters at touchdown.

    • @HowDUOdo

An issue I have spent months trying to fix... some people have it and others dont, but most the videos I see of people landing show massive stutters right as the wheels touch the ground. I think its crazy this issue has not been resolved.

@@Atlas.444 Yeah I uninstalled the sim, using XP until this is fixed... Also the laggy and slow UI is seriously annoying. The main menu is such a pain to navigate. Heavily overengineered and complicated for no reason.

I just want to point out you flaps. You mentioned in your First flight Mexico City to mont. and also your flight from Mexico City to Orlando you didn't retract your flaps each time till over 10,000 feet - and when you did you went from 5 to retract. All at once. Which is why you failed on your evaluation at the end of the flight - and your doing 40 on the ground. 25. Ramp speed. And your flaps were extended way too long. But other then that Great channel

Man, my dumb brain didn't realize simbrief works nice with the FMC now. It must have been forever that I've been doing everything oldschool through it, WX only.
Though I understand future updates of the tablet will let us configure the plane through it rather than the FMC.

The bouncy pmdg landing is because pmdg in their flight model cfg makes the elevator up limit twice the elevator down limit which makes the elevator pitch up very sensitive!! Comparing to other aircraft I don’t know why they have done that!!
And once you try to decrease that it results in an out of limit elevator trim .

We don’t taxi with our runway turnoff lights on in the real world. Also, wing lights on when cleared for takeoff. Lastly, with the APU running and fuel in the center tank, the center left pump needs to be on (at the gate), not the pump on the left wing. 👍

I think you need to have a look at your control settings. Your incredibly unstable in the best of conditions. Your control inputs from just a viewers standpoint seem off and extremely oversensitive and as a result your likely to be self harming your pilot rating in APL unnecessarily as time goes on.
    Cheers
