Trivia: People seem to love squid fishing! After fishing squids, morning market staff will make "sashimi" for you to eat there. As you can see, when you fish squids, they splash water so be careful! 😄

Hakodate is one of my favourite cities in Japan, the scenery is truly stunning and the food is mouth watering.

I was there just as tourism was opening back up last November. My hotel was the one out the left hand side that you can see! One of my favourite foods was the squid wrapped egg from the shop on the right side of the station (if you are walking towards the main exit). I really enjoyed the little shopping mall in the morning market. I got a cute wood cut Hokkaido bear and ate at one of the restaurants. Watching this video is bringing back great memories. I loved Hakodate!

I really like to see all these little restaurants and that morning market. Where I come from, we don't really have such a market. We only have supermarkets. But I think it's so much nicer to see all these people coming together at a morning market. It must be nice to walk through all these places and to experience so much while making these videos!
