hope amanda is better! but felix, i loved this solo video! the crab looked DAMN DELICIOUS and crab's not even my fav! i could almost taste it through the camera lol.
the pastries also looked mighty fine. the custard danish is my favourite - delicate, flaky pastry with creamy, custardy curd - YUM. the apple tart/turnover actually looked like red grapefruit at first to me lol but i'm glad it was good.
overall a great video tour day, felix! loved it and keep 'em comin' 😊

One of my favorite train rides to great seafood. Seafood is so good there and city is really nice. And that seafood vendor is famous on UA-cam I see him in all the Otaru UA-cam videos. Lol
Didn't know they were famous until the employee told me! Seafood was super fresh!

Does not get much better than melt in your mouth deliciousness from the juicy crab to the soft Uni to the crispy katsu burger & to the flaky, creamy, tart pastry. Yum & Yum & speechless. FOODIE GREATNESS & EATING AT IT'S BEST. Felix, I bet you wanted to go back for more if u could fit it in. The episode was just not the same without Amanda, especially for the dessert segment. I missed that exciting bubbly cheerfulness that she presents. You both keep up the great eating & work. Your teamwork is the best.

Give Amanda ginger shots.. extract the juice out of fresh ginger n add a pinch of salt.. take 2-3x a day she'll feel better in no time. Another method is thinly slice the ginger n add boiled water and just keep sipping on it thru out the day.. hope she gets better soon ❤
