I've been on a Latifs inspired rabbit hole, my mum hasn't been well for a while so she can't cook. My curries have always been bad so using this channel to learn. Thanks Bhai!
I wish you mum all the best in getting well and you will continue to find the strength to look after her and your self at the same time. ❤🥰
aww hopefully your mum gets well soon
I'm half indian and half English...I was brought up by my mum who's English. One thing I was missing in life was that good Indian food. Thanks to you I can cook my family traditional Indian food.
You mean the only thing missing in your life whilst growing up was flavour because your English mum only had salt and pepper in the kitchen
@MC Logged honestly I don't even think she had pepper. Prob just salt but I don't remember
Bengalis like Latif and Kishwar (Australian Masterchef), Nadia Hussain and Aktar Islam (Winner Of Gordon Ramsey F Word) etc.. are all flying the flag for authentic & modern Bengali cuisine, these guys are an inspiration for the younger generation of British Bengalis both here and around the world to get into the culinary field. Keep it up guys.
❤️ 🇧🇩🇬🇧❤️
So happy I was born into a Bangladeshi family. Having these types of dishes everyday of my life is a blessing!
what a great feast looks like nobody went home hungry
Looks like all the hard work and preparation paid off. Cooking and having people love your food is a fabulous feeling.. Well done Latif and chefs 👏
I love the the fact that you love you’re own food, you’re enthusiasm for what you do is wonderful to watch and I’m finding I’m tuning in to your channel on a regular basis. I love the way you say “Gorgeous’’ perhaps you need to release a range of spice mixes called “Gorgeous mixes” as i can’t always get the spice i need to follow you’re recipes. I’m having my own mini banquet on Saturday probably not as fantastically cooked as you would do but I’m giving it a go! Wish me luck. Xs
Latif Bro. You are doing so well. Proper Bangladeshi food. One thing I have not seen ever from anywhere is the Bengali soup with chunks of lamb with bone marrow. It’s almost like nihari but proper Bengali Biswananth style with veg and shatkora. My dad used to make it…brings me joy when you cook with happiness. Mashallah
Latif has educated me about Indian food and the spices and what they do…. all the dishes i’ve made have turned out excellent thanks to Latif ….. the best one on the internet…thankyou
Latif, you knocked it out of the park with this. Simply stunning. Gutted I couldn't share your restaurant's amazing food.
Mashallah
What a great video everyone’s happy, latif is blushing! 🤣
I know Bangladeshi people are extremely fussy eaters so to get positive commendations means your food is authentic Bangladeshi cuisine.
My legs went to jelly when u held and shook that big pot of meat n shatkora in mid air😬😬...
Simply Magnificent ! ❤ what a superb splendour of bangladeshi traditional cuisine.
💪😎❤️🇧🇩🥰
You and your team cooked up an absolute storm of a banquet! Every dish looks so full of flavour but your rice is clearly superb! And you got across the pass so well that everybody was served at the same time. Congratulations!
Thank you
@@LatifsInspired No, thank you chef :) and you filmed a vlog at the same time! Legend!
@@Lulu-jl5zd a man of many talents I would say. He even spoke excellent sylheti language too.
If anyone can find anything better than that I'd love to watch it.....utterly sublime. Latif's passion coming through strong. The kitchen is immaculately clean...the food is second to none. The only comparison for me is watching Japanese masters filleting blue fin tuna and serving up the very best sashumi...this is food at the very best level. I really really want to eat at Latif's restautant.
Yes brother that’s what I’m talking about! I could smell it and taste it from my iPad 😋😆
The gentleman at the end was excellent you should have him on more often maybe narrate or present whilst you cook.
Love the videos man. Keep up the good work!
Habibi another down to earth kinda masterclass 👏👏 you should be ministaar of Food 🇬🇧

Lamb nihari and smoked salmon with veg and pilau is my favourite

Just watched this video again for the 5th time lol, Everything is simply stunning, Man alive I have to come down to Stoke someday and hopefully soon
6:22 "Going to be a bit oily unfortunately"
Dude, never apologise for oily goodness. Fat means flavour. You should teach people to not be afraid of fat/oil.
Yes 👏
Fantastic 👍🏼
Biswanath all the way bro! I really loved this vlog and seeing my fellow Bangladeshi people was really amazing. Only thing missing is a person from Bradford lol. May Allah bless you and your family. Much love.
Latif you rock! Best youtube channel for Indian full stop! 👍 😎🇬🇧
The curries all are yummy
That Daal looks amazing.
Is that Bhuna? I love your roast chicken bhuna. When I first made it, I repeat until it's now my occasional special.
That looks really nice mashallah
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu dearest brother Latif. Mouthwatering curries and samosas. My dearest and beloved mother uses ground spice powder instead of curry powder. Her lamb chops curry is the best. Lamb and spinach goes so well together. I grew up eating lamb chops with potatoes and tomatoes. Well done for hosting a great party.
Fish kufta? Lovely
My next visit to the UK 🇬🇧 is to visit your Restaurant departing from NYC with my family. 😁
Oh wow
No ladies was at the tsble. These men been having a good time!!
Men eat to fast women prefer to eat slowly. Bengali ladies always keep food behind before serving men. After men eat, ladies then get together, we eat, take our time and we even make few more healthy dishes . Happy eating 😋😋😋
@@marigold9736 Mari Gold!!😄😄

We all have that Dulabhai that introduces people as “Bethomiz” for no apparent reason. 😭
Latif, I did promise to drop by when I go AltonTowers which I am going to next month for one night two days. but unfortunately due to lock down my driving test is rescheduled for September, hence I am not driving to make it to you. As soon as I got a car, I'll pop down to stay in a hotel and see the area.

What no shutki? No borthha? Come Latif Bondu…. If you are gonna do it traditional you need those items and no puloh?! Sad times 😂🤣 nah only playing homie it looked like an amazing spread! Keep at it
Can u show the roast chicken curry next time bhai, in large portions?
Brother can you share the roast chicken recipe please. Jazak Allah khair.
Good Evening from NYC 😁 Can you educate me and your viewers about cooking with Ghee? Is it healthy and the amount is best to use? Thank you. 🌺
Eating ghee everyday is not healthy, but once or twice a week is ok, we use ghee on special occasions like party's, weddings etc when you cook rich food.😊
Lamb Nihari with bone marrow as pilau
