The whole way through this I was thinking there is definitely gonna be somebody that will do takeaway. I've worked in restaurants when I was younger and the last thing I ever wanted to do was eat a staff meal after the end of a long shift. I always wanted to just go home and wind down before I enjoyed my food, and people made fun of me for it. Shout out the guy who took his food home, I hope they understand that it's not a personal thing to the employee, it's just a personal thing to himself. Also, that meal looked top notch, I could almost smell it just by watching!

I love the difference between you cooking at home/with your mum and you cooking at the restaurant! At home you take it nice and slowly for us amateurs to follow.... and then at the restaurant it's cracking out three or four dishes at a time very quickly like it is the simplest task in the world 😂

@@shaidh1844 nice, thanks.. theres lots of places but somehow its just not the same as home lol.. the flavour and spice differences between every curry end up all being very similar over here... A masala, bhuna, madras, jafrezi are basically the same thing...similar base without the instant recognition of what it is.. nothing will ever beat UK curries if that's what you grew up with.. just simply the best..

I think this is the best video you have produced yet?! This is my favourite meat cooked to the way I prefer. I'm used to the English Sunday roast served with mint sauce and trimmings but this is something very different! I look forward in cooking a smaller version of your recipe soon

I was waiting for the taste test!!!! Request an open burrito. Basically it's a burrito without the bread so rice, beans and meat with sauce. Had it the other day and it reminds me of a supercharged biriyani with more sharpness, spice and sweetness. The kidney beans picked jalapeño and sweetcorn make such a difference
mmmmmmm... that ALL looks nice. Have you ever thought of 'selling' one-day internships at the restaurant? Maybe during a quiet night or during the day while doing prep work.

The pizza was amazing especially the tomatoe & mozzarella one. Only had one piece the staff killed them

That was way too much chilli omg haha, we bengalis usually put 2 or 3 tablespoon per pot of curry, you gave around 4 tablespoons worth in that containers worth. Thats gonna be a hella zaaaal curry!
