Like trespassing on private property, Sending threats to people (Yes they were bad people, but threats are illegal regardless), illegally downloading files off of someones computer which is an invasion of privacy, as well as some minor B&E when they broke into Madarames storage room. Those are pretty minor though compared to the last calling card which could be considered terrorism.

Gotta give it credit: SEES and The Investigation Team didn't do anything like this. Nyx was a problem only SEES and Strega knew about, while Izanami was a problem The Investigation Team had to deal with, not even (Not going to say killer's name to avoid spoiling it) didn't know about it and (they) were pretty (spoiler) about (spoiler). As far as i know, The Phantom Thieves were the only ones to ever do something as big as the previous games and let the entire world know about it in the meantime. Can't wait till Persona 6 when we see someone wearing a P-Thieves T-Shirt, or someone reading Mishima's book or even hear about them on the news....

Kostas Spirou I’d say that Futaba is best girl but Makoto is best waifu (currently, we’ll have to see how Kasumi does in P5R). Haru is also a pretty great pick, but she unfortunately doesn’t have much screen time. Wanna know something funny. Cameras don't work in mementos, confirmed by Ryuji, and Joker. So that means the Theives were half in mementos (mementos doesn't have wifi either), and half out, or they were in a place where their cognition was powerful enough for them to appear as the Phantom Thieves in reality.

Futaba hack magic. Or perhaps it doesn't work in palaces but works in mementos. They should have explained it but I'm sure it would be easy for them to plug that hole. They didn't even try it in any other palace but Kamoshidas. It might not have worked in his because it was a school where phones aren't permitted so his cognition didn't allow them to be used.

Does Joker talk with a voice enhancer during this scene? Nobody else in the Phantom Thieves has that deep of a voice. Ryuji is obvious, Yusuke and the third voice are harder to make out. Any thoughts?
We can cut out Joker easily, since he only speaks once throughout the entire cutscene. The best way to figure this out is to think about the type of person who would say something like this. The three that would say something along these lines are Haru, Yusuke, and Makoto. Haru's a no-brainer; her voice is too high pitched. However, Koko and Yusuke have voices that are, at least, close to that pitch. Like you said, the voice former to this sentence sounds like Yusuke (and most likely is) but this one sounds like him too. But, if you listen closely, you can hear a female like voice saying this sentence, so I believe that it's safe to say that Makoto is saying this. Hope this helps!

Hyped doesn't come close to how I felt here on my first playthrough. I was giggling maniacally, overflowing with excitement! One of my favourite scenes in all of gaming, because of the sheer buildup to it, and how everything links back to the one man this is addressed to. The man that ruined the protagonist's life, because a criminal record is nigh impossible to shake off. Masayoshi Shido.
The only thing I don't understand is how they filmed the part where all Phantom Thieves are showing on screen with their outfits. In the metaverse the camera is unavailable, unless they have real clothes that are the same as the metaverse ones

Hyped doesn't come close to how I felt here on my first playthrough. I was giggling maniacally, overflowing with excitement! One of my favourite scenes in all of gaming, because of the sheer buildup to it, and how everything links back to the one man this is addressed to. The man that ruined the protagonist's life, because a criminal record is nigh impossible to shake off. Masayoshi Shido.
