  • In the middle of the year I was on vacation in Malaysia, one of the countries in Southeast Asia that I liked the most, and starting in the south of the country where I was able to see the best of Melaka, also known as Malacca, one of the cities with the most history from all over Asia.
The first of the two days that I spent in Malaka I dedicated to exploring its river, for which better than taking a cruise of less than an hour and thus making a map of the city's situation. Night had already fallen, so I went to the reason for starting my trip to Malacca, its Jonker Street Night Market, which only opens on weekends and is really famous among the Malaysian population, both it was hard to walk After having tasted the occasional dish I finished the day, I had to gather strength for the next day.
On the second day, deciding what to see in Malaka, I went to Dutch Square, the heart of the city with a multitude of salmon-colored buildings that make it clear that the territory was occupied by the Dutch. Nearby are the ruins of St Paul's Church, a church built by the Portuguese and renamed when they were expelled by the Dutch. Under the hill where this church is located is the Puerta de Santiago, a fortification that was part of A Famosa, which was the first construction of a European kingdom on Asian soil. After these Dutch and Portuguese vestiges I went to the Maritime Museum, a replica of the Portuguese galleon Flor del Mar. Everything I had seen that day was on the east bank, it touched the west bank, where Harmony Street is located, a street known for housing different temples of different cults and where Muslims, Buddhists, Hinduists and Taoists live in harmony. To end the day and my visit to Malacca, I took a Grab, the Asian Uber, and went to the impressive Masjid Selat mosque, a temple built on the sea and where you can watch the sunset with the call to prayer by the imam da an extraordinary peace.

Hola, no entiendo bien xq has cogido vuelo Singapur-Kuala Lumpur y vuelo a Malaca.
