I’ve been watching your videos for a long time, I know you do some online coaching, I don’t want to put my email on here. Ive started lifting again and I’ve trimmed down, but I’m looking for a good supplement (stimulant and caffeine free) to help lean myself down again and more than what I have. I don’t know how to get in touch with you, you get that extra bump with my workouts and eating. I do intermittent fasting, I work out five day’s a week, I am a vegetarian, but I do eat lean meats in the weekend’s, I eat a lot of fiber & drink lots of water and a coconut water before workouts. Please let me know, how I can get some tips and what you charge, I don’t need much, just a few adjustments.
