I felt as if my own big brother is sharing the reality and guiding me (even though i don't have one )❤
Exactly ❤
so true
haa to galat lagta hai tumge
I agree with part "donot open up", and specially avoid someone in the office who asks personal questions about you.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I am currently working in corporate and i appreciate him because what he has told in this is absolute truth. Please take his words serious this is actual reality of corporates
Thanks for validating
Hello bro

I’m new to corporate and had absolutely no idea about these truths. Thank you for an #eyeopener
Thank you
I worked in the corporate for 3 years before coming for the MBA. All the points that you said, I have been following it and I am glad someone who has been in the same shoes is bringing out this truth. :)
Thank you so much for being so real about this!
You are so welcome!
My experience is as soon as employees are above 35 years of age and transition into managerial roles , they become engaged in office politics often times counter productive and toxicating especially towards younger employees.
Crux - India loosing out bet against China , Vietnam , Philipines .
I see. I believe it depends on people but since everyone is a an employee people don’t care much
China is leaps and bounds ahead of india which is the reality.
Shut up 😂
@@iamnoob7593they are closed country plus a dictator state u will commit suicide in the pressure they work around
I learnt it after my internship experience
My father was hospitalized for almost a month but corporate people dont care about your personal life they just want 100% everyday
After a bad experience i am scared to again get into a job dont know what to do i simply cant do this things for 35-40 years of my life
We have to find a balance and make the most of it. There are many other options rather than corporate job also.
@@theiimguy true sir exploring other options is a good option
What are these other options?
That's why I chose medicine over engineering. BTW now I m feeling that medical is pretty difficult now😅

The bitter reality is that no matter from where you have done your MBA, when you work for corporates you have to achieve your targets. If you want to sustain yourself in corporate then you have to add value to the company, you have to become indispensable that no other can fill your place.

Thank you so much mere bhai, bahut kuch janane ko mila❤ about Corporate Life.
You’re welcome
Let me tell you a true incident.
It happened in a company of very high repute.
HR was discussing appraisal. They used all buzzwords to fool employees like we have studied the performance of all by preparing Bell Curve and we have given increments or promotions only to those having the right curve.
When I brought there attention to Trainer given promotion for conducting only 2 training sessions throughout the year and on top of all , he filled all the details in his appraisal from sales guy appraisal and by mistake he submitted that without inter changing the words.
After two days HR did accepted the mistake but refused to make any changes in their stand.
Learning, once corporate growth stage (market skimming) is over . They are more interested in average or below average talent than a real one.
Hi, brother i had some doubts.
- Like you said, company does not matter, only thing matter is if you are doing thing which you enjoy. and like you said, nesle was a company with very bad culture; but dont you fear saying this things openly about current company, will not result in any action, like firing; or will not it effect you chance in future companies or are you thinking that they may not know what you said bcs youtube is very vast (I also think no one can find out easily)
- You said in beginning, that free beer or parties or gifts does not matter, bcs we can also buy it ourselves. Thats true we can buy, but I still feel otherwise, bcs my current company dont give any gifts like in any festival, birthday; and in 1 year we did no official or unofficial parties, no fun activities in company, plus i don't have any active friends nearby; no free beers or drinks etc. Projects we get are very good, company presence is internationally in more then 50 countries with big offices there, but I feel depressed, bcs of these things. My target is I will swwitch this company, to be happy and ofcourse more money and things I am missing; i will try achieve that as fast as possible
Any thoughts from you please?
Sir kindly make the video on the topic of effective way of answer writing in M.B.A exams, because having the knowledge of the topic we could not get decent marks due to not write in a proper way
Ok
Make a video on current Market downturn that is resulting in even IIMs having hard time getting everyone placed during Summer internship.
Sure
I am a software engineer working in IT for more than 5 years and all the points told by you are absolutely right. I really don't understand the concept of gym, tt table and all in the companies provided to their employee. Obviously, we can afford all of that and if I have to go to gym, I'll go to gym when I am at my home. They provide you everything in the name of comapany's culture but they are not giving you any time to use all of these things. They are not giving good packages with good environment. They are giving high packages with worst environment. Environment is always bad in corporates no matter what package you are getting. Lots and lots of work, work pressure, not giving leaves at the times we need, office politics, cutthroat competition for being boss's favourite and the list just goes on.
Absolutely, well said
How much are you earning right now ?
According to you ,should an engineering graduate after completing his MBA in marketing start his career as Sales Executive in a reputed company with immense pressure and salary between 6-9 LPA or he should look for some thing else??
What would be your generalise suggestion and guidance.
If you are not getting any other offer then you can go for this but if you can wait and crack other interview of decent job role with decent salary which has mental peace you should go for this
IIT se Engineering pass out krr ne k bdd MBA ea fer CA CS kyu krr te hh?

Sir I am bhagalpur bihar
I recently lost my job in lay offs. Got offer from another company but on similar package and I am certain the package for my role is not going to go anywhere above 6L so I'm thinking of rejecting the offer and go for MBA with sole purpose of just better package.
Am I right to do so?
Yes
I agree with all the points.
However, I disagree with comment made at 12:18 regarding job security.
Based on what I have observed, there is a snowball's chance in hell of a corporate job being secure. And this isn't just limited to smaller companies, even bigger corporates like MBB and Tech firms don't shy away from laying off their employees. Job security is actually the reason that many people switch to govt jobs.
I have a my dad's business to continue with. Should I go for an MBA and then carry on with the business? I'm confused any suggestions...
Do mba. Business you can do later as well

It all depends on the college and how much you make of it. Talk with alumni and current students to get a better understanding of the course and see if that aligns with your goals. It will help you in taking a more informed decision.

Focus on building your core competencies by engaging fully with your college activities - be it classes, committees, case competitions etc. This will help you get a better understanding of the specialisations. For soft skills work more on public speaking, time management, team engagement etc. This will help you go a long way!
