Sir if a person working in company along with preparing for mba exam. Ex cat. Also in exam very good percentile also his GD and pi also was very good and he selected for good IIM. If that person company notice period is 2 or 3 month when he should leave job . Because every person not able to leave job and prepare exam for year.
