      Haha thank you, Molly.
      I was a photographer first, so I'm a bit obsessed with placement and flat lay. I'm so glad I can provide a cozy atmosphere. Cozy and calming vibes is what I'm all about and want it in my videos. And you're totally right... I am aiming to create a specific aesthetic that makes people feel relaxed about painting. :)

    ...I watched this whole video and my drawing looks *so bad*
    It's not your fault, this is an incredible video and I'm sure you helped so many people, I just have such a hard time with watercolor. I'm 19 years old and my painting looks like something a 5 year old would draw. It's just really frustrating when you try so hard but the result turns out bad. I made a lot of mistakes

    • @JackiePeacock
      @JackiePeacock  9 місяців тому

      I'm so sorry you're feeling this way! I get it, though. It's one of the hardest parts of being an artist, and I get these same feelings today. Some days you paint something incredible, and others it's like you've never picked up a brush before.
      I've been painting landscapes for a while now, but I'm thinking that for future videos I'll try to make them even more simple in the sense of steps to take, or try to make the videos in a step-by-step way that's easy to follow.
      But I know that with time and continuing to paint and NOT falling into the comparison trap, you'll get the painting you want and love it.
      Thank you for sharing this with me, and I wish you a better painting experience.
