She wrote the lyrics after the directions we got from the mail, basing it on Bonds despair over loosing vesper and his intent for revenge. Brilliantly Eva used several lines from Casino Royale and Bonds own words in the lyrics. First I presented an instrumental version of the song but the agency told me it had to be complete with vocals and lyrics, so we worked hard for a cpl of weeks to be able to come up with the demo you now have. After presentation we got words of that they were very interested in the song and that they really liked it. It's a shame you didn't get your one in, as I feel it's a staggeringly beautiful piece. I've listened to it time and time again. Regardless of the fact they chose a different score, I reckon the people who listen to this theme will do it time and time again, which I don't think will be as true for the one they went with. You're wrong, "Another Way To Die" is a shitpile, with two female vocalists, shrieking over another, and on top of that, just uses the "You Know My Name" chords again.
I just have to thank all for the very kind words we have been given on this song. It gives us both energy and determination to continue in our career of singing and songwriting. Thank you all so much! :)
There isn't great talent being given their due these days. Your lead vocal in this rejected song is a good example of that. Basically, the wrong people are in control of the music business. Your living in the age of auto-tuned dancers my friend. But KD Lang got screwed before you did. Join the club.
It's a good song, but have you noticed how many people only like it because they don't like Another Way to Die? It kinda lessens the praise if all they're doing is hating on a completely different song.
This is vastly superior to what we got. It is a film about Bond trying to find peace over Vesper and this captures that perfectly. Real shame it wasn’t in the film.

I never really cared for "Another Way to Die" (not horrible, just... eh, in my opinion), but this... holy cow. This theme fits the opening SO much better. It sounds like a modernized take on a classic-style Bond theme while also serving as continuity for the previous film. The theme focuses on Bond's pained feelings towards Vesper, and the Casino Royale samples were a really nice touch, also adding to the continuity. The best part is that the lyrics add context to the opening's imagery - instead of being the typical sexy silhouetted ladies, one could infer that those women are actually Vesper's memory, continuously haunting Bond while also driving him on his plan for revenge. Seriously, it boggles my mind as to why they didn't choose this theme. It is VASTLY superior to the one they went with.
My guess is because Alicia Keys and Jack White are more well known and famous. Plus, I think they were also going for commercial pop. I like Eva's song much better.
Thank you for those kind words sir. All this positive attention means a lot to me. I also did love KD Langs Surrender and never understood why it wasnt the main theme of that movie.
This has to be one of the best Bond songs I've ever heard. It has so much passion. More connection to the characters and the movies THAN ANY OTHER BOND SONG. It's beautifully written and sung. The one that was chosen was the worst Bond song of them all (no meaning, no passion, didn't even sound like a bond song), which is all the more sad considering this was on the table. I truly wish my DVD could have this version on instead. Much love. xxx
I love the lyrics. What was meant as his declaration of love and devotion for Vesper has become his reaffirmation to his duty. What was left of his soul he was giving to Vesper, now whatever is left he is giving back to MI6. Genius.
I am so glad you posted this here. I heard this years ago and it is so encapsulates what I expect from a Bond theme that I thought it was the actual one. It took quite awhile for me to find it again. Thank you! This song is a treasure
It's amazing how much better this song goes with this opening. Though I do agree with what some people are saying, this song sounds more like an oldschool Bond theme(particularly the Roger Moore era) ironically this is the main reason why I love it so much more than the song they went with.
For all who comment the production... Yes this IS a Demo. I didnt have the finances to use a real orchestra brass or strings so I used quite common plugin instruments. The two really real Instruments I used, in the end, was the drums, played by a friend, and Evas exquisit voice. Compare this production to other proper financed productions fails by its own. /Chris
DaShonuff Ï really dont know. I think that David Arnold and Shirley Basseys song was one of them but I am unsure. Great song btw and I would have loved to be beaten by them instead... :)
You're far too kind to the song they actually chose for this movie. It blows my mind they didn't choose yours over that piece of ear torture, but I guess it shows the incompetence of the people running the franchise these days.
It was an amazing demo! I was brought here by a link from James Bond movie blogs by “Loading Ready Run” channel on YT. While they liked the song that was assigned to “Quantum of Solace,” I personally think this is so gorgeous and absolutely screams James Bond film through and through. Lots is commenters didn’t like the QoS song by Keys and co. I’m glad I was redirected here.
Spoiler. I am working on a new theme for the next Bond movie. It will be presented properly via a major company I cant disclose at the moment. If it will be chosen is probably one to a thousand, but at least and again, it will be presented to the ones that decide. This is much to do with all your love and the attention I got with this one. I thank you all and I cross my fingers...
***** Spectre will need a good song. Especially if Newmans' score is going to be as poor as with Skyfall. Forever is fantastic. One thing I dislike is the sample of Mr Craigs' voice after the second chorus... Sampling voices is probably a no go. Is it possible that Forever can come out sometime without the voice?
***** Hello Mr. Wolf. Really enjoyed the song and I feel that it still would have fit Quantum of Solace's opening sequence since the sequence had a nostalgic feel of You Only Live Twice as both used abundant circular images. My number 1 issue though would be that the lyrics tend to be too repetitive with "I am all yours" or versions of the phrase used too frequently. I know its the title but it was kind of overkill. Maybe if it was chosen some of the lyrics could have been revised for the final product. Good luck on your new theme and extremely looking forward for it. Will Eva still be the singer?
I am absolutely astounded that this was not used as the official theme for "Quantum of Solace" - not only is it a superb song in its own right, but it is so, so appropriate to the film's story and what Bond's motivations were at this point in the re-boot of the series (his anger and desire for revenge for Vesper). Although the title sequence has been tailored for the official song, this song STILL fits the graphics so much better! Well done on this excellent piece of music - I think you definitely have nailed exactly what a Bond theme should be in both style and sound. Please write and submit for the next film!
Actually, the talented vocal matriarch of the Bond series, the legendary Shirley Bassey, submitted an entry for Quantum of Solace, only to be rejected as well. Stupid corporate execs always f-ing things up! ua-cam.com/video/rCX4SxhpPwE/v-deo.html
You Sir have made a classic Bond-Theme and deserve all my respect! You have been more Bond with this song than all Craig-Bonds mixed together! I hope you get another shot when they hopefully come back to what a REAL Bond movie should be like and can contribute with a powerful theme song.
You make me blush. I only do what I do. For me to have another shot is faint and dim though. I tried it with ua-cam.com/video/Qv2AFIiailc/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ChristianWolf but there are no channels for outsiders to even present their proposed theme anymore.
It's a damn shame this song wasn't used. I'm not a fan of Quantum of Solace, but listening to this song actually makes me want to check it out again. That's one of the many things "Another Way to Die" failed to do. The fact that the majority of the lyrics are based on what Bond said to Vesper in Casio Royale makes it so perfect for the sequel. And at least this one bothered to include the title of the movie in the song.
Even as a demo, this, at least in my opinion. is far superior than what we got. White's song is at best forgetful. The music itself is decent but the vocals feel like it's tripping over its own two feet. This has passion. This is smooth. These qualities are what typically make a good if not great Bond song. Plus the lyrics make more sense in the context of the film, sort of like how Juvenile by Ace of Base makes more sense as Goldeneye's opening song as opposed to Tina Turner's song. But at least hers is still good.
I've been watching Bond films for a long, long time and my favorite part of the franchise was the music. More than just a stellar song, this captures the *feel* of a James Bond film. No offense to White + Keys, but as far as I'm concerned, this IS the theme to Quantum of Solace. John Barry would be proud.
Are you allowed to release this on your own? It’s beautiful and the vocals are beyond phenomenal. “Forever I am all yours…” hits different knowing the Vesper back story ❤
Lyrics You're mine! Here, there anywhere I would like In sight Stripped of your armour tonight No soul left to salvage anymore No heart left to break me like before Forever I am all yours Whatever I am I'm yours Whatever I am I am yours Forever I am all yours One touch Quantum of Solace is lost One kiss The blood, sweat and tears I shall risk No drowning can even out the score I'll fight this - I have nothing more! Forever I am yours Whatever I am I am all yours Whatever I am yours Forever I am all yours Whispering ... Forever I am all yours Whatever I am I am I'm yours Whatever I am all yours Forever I am all yours
I'm glad this wasn't used for the film. This deserves far more than anything the film has to offer. This has become an instant classic in my collection.
this was much better than another day to die and lets be honest jack white and ailcia keys made a total mess of this at least forever sounds like the classic bond theme
Yes this theme is amazing. Although I do like the guitar riff and the orchestra from Another Way to Die, Jack and Alicia sound awful. Maybe if Jack sang alone, but the melody is still bad, hardly singing. They should have used this theme, she even says "Quantom of Solace" in the damn song. I mean, what theme fits better than that??
I'm watching this movie right now. As it started, I muted it and played this one instead. They dropped the ball and screed the pooch when they rejected this theme in favor of the travesty we got instead.
I can but agree even though I didnt really mind the song they chose. What baffled me was that it didnt resemble what they wanted in the beginning when they went out asking for it. Other than two famous artists, that is.
You should try again for the next Bond film. If not this exact song, a reworking of it or a new song. I'd personally love this to become an official Bond theme.
Every time I listen to this I can't believe they chose the other one. This would have been perfect! I hope your new song gets into the next movie. Good luck!
This is by far the way it should have been in the film. The only 2 songs that are completely wrong in all Bonds is Madonna's Die Another Day and the official Jack White Alicia Keys version to this film. I am all yours is amazing as it incorporates dialogue from the previous film...and the title of the song is a line from CR. The sound is pure Bond...a la Goldenye and Shirley Bassey-esque feel. Shame shame shame indeed.
at least this song sounds complete! i don't hate another way to die but it sounded unfinished, maybe if jack white's vocals were cut, this sounds actually coherent
Doing my rounds of Bond songs with the new film just round the corner. Eternally feeling the salt in the wounds that this was rejected. What a song! I generally despise the film for its Bond-wanting-to-be-Bourne vibes, but this song at least would’ve given the film something to make it memorable!
I had to sign in and say just how fantastic this theme is .. I am in awe - IMO it captures the very essence of a bond theme . Best of luck with future submissions sir.
Man! Had this been chosen for title song, i would have put in my top 5 bond songs of the series! Brings the JOHN BARRY sound back i`v missed since TLD.
Much better than then abomination that is "Another Way To Die", your efforts at creating a Bond song is extremely admirable and you really should have gotten there. Are you going to try again for the next Bond flick?
I will certainly make more Bond themed movies, as I have done before but I tried to present an idea for No Time to Die and found that it was impossible to even present it. I went through my publisher, EMI, and my agent in USA but how it works today, is that the theme for the Bond Movie opening isnt an open competition or even open for alternate possibilities. They choose an artist and that artist makes the song with his/her producers.
This ...and the #DameShirleyBassey version ...were infinitely better than what they selected. Maddeningly unfair that these two pieces won't receive the audience they deserve. Similar for K.D.Lang's 'Surrender' for TND ..but that did get included at the end ..and SherylCrow's piece was very good. ✌
What a FABULOUS song...I'm upset it wasn't used for the movie...I have nothing against Alicia Keys and Jack White...But the singer's voice is so beautiful and powerful and carries the Bond spirit so perfectly...
I've watched all the movies. out of all the proposed themes and the official theme for this movie, I think yours was readily the best. Wish you could have gotten the full treatment
Your score just encapsulates a modern day John Barry (David Arnold) and Eva just brings such a Shirley Bassey vibe. Would’ve been a nice throwback to the old days of Goldfinger and Moonraker, but with a more modernized outline. We could’ve had three legendary Bond openings in a row to start off Daniel Craigs Bond career :(
Thank you. The thing is that I just followed the instructions I got when made this. They said they wanted a classic bond theme but with a small modern twist. They also instructed me what the lyrics should be about and, if possible, incorporate the title in the lyrics. It is funny how the song they chose have nothing of that.
Hot take: If this was the theme used for QOS instead it would have put people in the right melo-dramatic mood to absorb the rest of the film and people would have liked the film much better just off that fact👀
This song was used in fan movie "Reflection of the Soul" - the movie that closes Bond Trilogy by Tom Smith from Blue Diamond Productions. First two - "The Price of Loyality" and "The Shadow of Revenge" were moved to DailyMotion.
She sings "Quantom of Solace" right in the middle of the song so even if they hadn't chosen a Spectre theme yet, I doubt they would have used this one lol. Too bad because this theme is amazing.
Cant believe they rejected this theme, it almost had a Tina Turner Goldeneye feel to it, what a stupid mistake they made choosing the other crappy one.
@@albertoamoruso7711 Quantum of Solace is good if one omits the opening through the theme song. The movie presents a great job of showing crony-capitalism, with the government figure-head selling out his people to Dominic Greene, not to mention environmentalism being used as a cover for mass extortion.
@@chrisperlaky8715 The "Bond vs CIA" is misused, as well as the fact that the US is selling someone else water to Green's company in change for oil (which is mentioned only once in the entire movie and receive no wrap up by the end of the film). My favorite political Bond is Spectre, because it delivers a strong message against civil interceptions. Quantum is a bad movie not due to its message, but because it doesn't move forward Bond's character arch after Casino Royale
@@albertoamoruso7711 How do you think the "Bond vs. CIA" is misused? Separately, the U.S. Empire sells or flat out takes other's property all the time.
Thanks for uploading this. Definitely better than the White/Keys song! I do prefer the rejected Arnold/Bassey song, though. But these three are interesting to compare. The White/Keys song sounds the most modern and 2000-ish, with the Arnold/Bassey harking back to the classic Bond songs of the 60's, and this one having an 80's Bond feel to it. It sounds quite inspired by both License to Kill and Living Daylights (and I certainly mean that in a good way!).
I watched Q of S the other day online and when the opening credits came on, I played this gem in another window and muted that Keyes/White abortion. Nice.
I read about 6 pages of comments from you guys, but so far no one has mentioned one of the main reasons this song shoulda been used. - The lyrics. As well as this song being pretty much bang on with it's loud orchestrations and soaring voice, the lyrics perfectly sum up what the movie is meant to be about - Bond's response to the *SPOILERS* betrayal and death of Vesper. The singer even quotes/references Bond's dialogue to Vesper in Casino Royale. It's criminal this song was rejected.
I have read some of the comments and I for one like it as an alternative but we are not all the same and so people will like it or hate it or whatever. Nice work, Thanks for sharing, its going in my James Bond set.
The impression I got the 'Sound of 007' documentary was that Jack White was pretty much told 'do whatever you want' [to his credit he says 'better going down in flames than play it safe']. Filling in the gaps, they mention the 'despair over Vesper' idea when discussing Amy Winehouse but given White was given 'carte blanche' they do seem to have lost interest in that idea. Interesting to hear about the 'behind the scenes' from your perspective. I noticed you mentioned in one of the comments that if the song was picked it probably would have been re-recorded with a different singer. Which 2008 singer would you have preferred?
My perspective on "behind the scene"... Well it is not that complicated. I was, at the time, attached to a promotion company in LA. They got a very urgent request from EON needing a title song for their next Bond movie. With Amy going down the drain they sat with this epic movie without a theme song. I knew right there an then that this was a one time in life opportunity, so I took it. Their directions and request was that it should be a classic Bond theme, going back to the roots, but with a modern touch. They also insisted that the lyrics should be about Bonds loss of vesper and his revenge. They also told us the title of the movie, Quantum of Solace, and asked for it to be included in the lyrics. Not an easy thing to do with that wording... :D Now I have been a fan of Bond music since forever, so I just had to do something. I had an old song called forever in Denial wich everyone told me that it sounded like a Bond song. So I teamed up with Eva to recreate that song as a Bond song. She wrote the lyrics and changed the melody a bit to fit the theme while I reworked the whole arrangement for it to be Bond. I did use a lot of influences from John Barry and tried to match it to classic Bond themes while keeping it modern. We sent it to my promotors in LA and they presented it to EON. I didnt really expect it to go anywhere but then I got an email from my promotors telling me it was in the race and concidered. Now I couldnt believe it. Me and my song being in the race and even concidered? What a thrill. It went over two months with nail biting and anxious waiting. My promotion company sent me mails from time to time telling me that I was still considered. It went from 20 song to 10 songs to 5 songs. I was still considered but then it went quiet. Not a word and I realized I was not to be chosen. When I did see the movie and heard the theme I was a bit baffled because it was not at all what they asked for, not that it is a bad song, but not what they said they wanted. I knew from the start that they most probably would, if they picked the song, have a more famous singer than the unknown Eva. The production of the song itself would also have a do-over with real orchestral recordings probably made by David Arnold. Both I and Eva knew this from the start and had no problems with it at all... Now, what singer would I have to sing this if it wasnt Eva... Well. First at hand comes naturally Shirley Bassey. She was allways in the back of my head when I made this. Second, Annie Lennox. She would do it nicely. But I think they would want a more younger artist for it. Alicia Keys could probably do it great as well.
If they’d focused on Bond’s revenge and dealing with the betrayal of Vesper, and only that, with Mr White as the main villain with Bond simply hunting him down, this could’ve been one of the greatest Bond films. This theme would’ve been so amazing as well, at the beginning it sounds like a promise to Vesper, but by the end it should’ve sounded like a promise to his country, accepting that his revenge would change nothing.
I love this. Can't get enough. Reminds me of the big band sound of the earlier James Bond themes. Is there a live version of this song. I would love to see Eva Almer singing this live.
Someone please make a fan-edit of Quantom of Solace, with this theme in the opening, cutting out any boring and unecessary scenes, and rearranging some of the scenes to make a more satisfying version of this movie! The sequel to the amazing Casino Royale deserves better treatment than what is recieved.
If you ask me this should've been the main theme for Quantum of Solace, Tomorrow Never Dies should've been the credits song and Another Way To Die should've been used as an in universe theme Dominic Greene plays during the climax
I stumbled upon this a couple of days ago after discussing bond theme songs with friends. I was completely confused because I thought this was the actual theme at that time. It was perfect…. So perfect. There are others who tried to mimic the bond sound or entered the competetion at that time. But this song stood out so far above the others that I still cannot fathom why it wasn’t chosen. And some were really good and creative and the more I listened the more I began to like several of the songs. Then Eva began to sing and after a couple of seconds goosebumps told me this was different. It still is mindblowing and I think would deserve a second chance - IF there is such a thing for a bond movie.
Well it certainly deservers a second chance. It's en par with the best and I even find it unfair to compair it to the last themes at all... because that is so unfair ....for the other themes....
@@Kristo101 Nothing that is finished and presentable but I did work with the theme in a kind a instumental "Car Chase" way. much like the rooftom fight in you only live twice.
This is my official QoS-Song since i've heard it years ago. It's so much fitting in context! The lines from the movie as lyrics including quotes from the dialog at the clinic and callbacks ("no drowning can even up the score"), the lines from Craig which are a nice touch and would be somthing new. It's what the content of the movie is all about. This has heart, thought and is emebbed in the essence CR and of the Craig-Era in tone. It sounds like a ballad-answer to Chris Cornells CR-Titel Song. Ugh, i'm shattered they went for the popular choice instead of this. Yes, it's would contrast the revenge movie for it's softness, but he's hurt and in revenge from a broken heart, so this soft melody representing his still broken heart in need of solace. He hasn't let go of it yet. Before he learns in the end, this song is his motivation to continue, he gave all his and he felt betrayed - and what is music if not feelings? I'll cherish this song and always listen to it when a nother Bond movie comes out. I love you guys and please send my love to the singer aswell! ~ From Germany with Love.
I will start with a thank you for your very kind words. Indeed, the producers of todays Bond movies go for more prominent and famous names than for unknowns, but then, hasn't it been like this since the 70.s? When I was commissioned to make a proposal for the theme I got very strict outlines about what is what all about. Bond is hurting, revenge in mind, cant get past vespers death etc... If I remember it correctly, it was very specific on what the theme song should be about. This fact is one of the reasons why I wonder why they chose the song they did, because it has nothing of those elements at all. Only conclusion I have come up with is that it was written and performed by famous people. That seams to be the ticket. Not a good song, not even a song that fits the movie. As long as you're famous and the flavor of the day, you get the price.
Thank you. As a Bond fan amongst other I did try to catch the spirit of the old films in a somewhat moden touch. Not too modern enough though as it wasnt chosen for the part.

@@nene1082 it just Sound bad
this sounds like classic Bond. I loved it
+Peacelover1212 Just as we aspired to. Thank you for your love.... :)
No way would I reject that theme it's way too good.
Thank you for those kind words sir.
All this positive attention means a lot to me.
I also did love KD Langs Surrender and never understood why it wasnt the main theme of that movie.
@Adam That is not completely impossible, if you are here in Sweden right?
I also LOVE KD Lang's Surrender - It is WAY BETTER than TND... KD Lang's songs wasn't used because she's queer, what a shame!
Very 70's bond. Maybe even early Brosnan.
+Marcus Dembinski Thank you. It was our goal to have it like classical Bond but yet modern in some way.
+Christian Wolf well you made it!!
Solid 90s summer action-blockbuster feel, definitely Brosnan. If the 90s never ended, the Craig era would sound like this.
It was awesome. And much better and bondesque than Another Way to Die.
Don't give up, please.
+Demetrio Tozzi Thank you. And we assure you we will not.. :)
@@drcringe7873 no. it isn't.
@@nl3064 It is.
Another Way to Die was amazing though. Wish they could’ve used both in the movie.
Another way to die was a brilliant Bond song though. This is okay but it's nothing like another way to die
Such a horrible shame this song wasn't used for the movie. I think it's a much better fit, and such a propper Bond-theme. Love it.
Much love. xxx
Thank you very much. :)
Thank you. Glad you found it again.
It's amazing how much better this song goes with this opening. Though I do agree with what some people are saying, this song sounds more like an oldschool Bond theme(particularly the Roger Moore era) ironically this is the main reason why I love it so much more than the song they went with.
Now This is a Bond Theme! No idea what they were thinking for the chosen theme!
I always come back to listen to this song (have been since 2009!). Great work! Should have been chosen!

I'm curious, who else was the last 4 runners besides you and Jack White, were their other big stars who submitted songs?
DaShonuff Ï really dont know. I think that David Arnold and Shirley Basseys song was one of them but I am unsure. Great song btw and I would have loved to be beaten by them instead... :)
You're far too kind to the song they actually chose for this movie. It blows my mind they didn't choose yours over that piece of ear torture, but I guess it shows the incompetence of the people running the franchise these days.
Christian Wolf i still dont know why they didn't use this???
It was an amazing demo! I was brought here by a link from James Bond movie blogs by “Loading Ready Run” channel on YT. While they liked the song that was assigned to “Quantum of Solace,” I personally think this is so gorgeous and absolutely screams James Bond film through and through. Lots is commenters didn’t like the QoS song by Keys and co. I’m glad I was redirected here.
The more I listen to this theme, the more I am convinced it should have been used in the film in lieu of that half-rap piece of ear torture.
Niels Christiansen That wont happen in the new song.
Joey Lab Thw new song has a complete different type of lyrics, even if I like the one in Forever. It was like a statement in that song.
***** Thanks and good luck.
For me absolutely brilliant. Too good for Quantum of Solace
This is 100% a BRILLIANT Bond theme in the grand tradition of Shirley Bassey and John Barry.
Seriously-- AMAZING work!
Thank you.

💪 Amazing song, Christian!! So much classic 007 music power in it. Love it. Please never stop producing 😍
Congratulations on 1 million views! 😄👍
Thank you... :)
I am working on my own though and its short to be finished. My own theme, my own video based on a James Bond novel...
I don't know why? the music of this song reminds me of Metal Gear!! :D
Exactly!
Holy shit this is actually really good
Love this song its much better then what they used for Quantum of Solace
+MattyFizzle04
What drugs are you on?
It's a damn shame this song wasn't used. I'm not a fan of Quantum of Solace, but listening to this song actually makes me want to check it out again. That's one of the many things "Another Way to Die" failed to do. The fact that the majority of the lyrics are based on what Bond said to Vesper in Casio Royale makes it so perfect for the sequel. And at least this one bothered to include the title of the movie in the song.
Whoa. Why the FUCK did this not end in the final product? This is like, a dozen times better then the song they actually used!!!
+MattyFizzle04 Yeah, it really is.
+David Hunt yeah that another way to die was crap, some goth kid shouting at a r'n'b singer ughhh
Because the other was catchier and dumb people need catchy songs.
I think this one is catchier than the other crap.
@@huseyinsekerciler5344 It really is...The song that ended up in the movie was so boring and uninspiring I almost fell asleep...
Thank you very much.
Are you allowed to release this on your own? It’s beautiful and the vocals are beyond phenomenal. “Forever I am all yours…” hits different knowing the Vesper back story ❤
It is allready released. You will find it on Spotify, iTunes etc.

Stripped of your armour tonight
No soul left to salvage anymore
No heart left to break me like before

Whatever I am
I am yours
Forever
I am all yours
One touch
Quantum of Solace is lost
One kiss
The blood, sweat and tears I shall risk
No drowning can even out the score
I'll fight this - I have nothing more!
Forever

Just discovered this , another way to die rocks , but this has more heart and soul , really powerful , travesty it wasn't used
Thank you. :)
I really wished they should have just used the intro of Another Way to Die just in the opening scene.
Silent Wolf Jack White is the only redeeming factor of Another way to die.
It is simply a travesty that this beautiful song did not end up being selected for the opening titles.
sad that this got rejected, nice bondish song tho. maybe try a new request in the new bond film(s)? :D
Thank you and if the possibility again rises, I wili.
Absolutely beautiful! I can't stop listening to this song! I love it!
This would be my wedding dance if I got married.
Every time I listen to this I can't believe they chose the other one. This would have been perfect! I hope your new song gets into the next movie. Good luck!
+Helen Olivas Thank you :)
Agree. Die Another Day is still the worst though
This is so amazing!
at least this song sounds complete! i don't hate another way to die but it sounded unfinished, maybe if jack white's vocals were cut, this sounds actually coherent
This is awesome; way better than what we got!
Thank you.
This would have been so much better!

Man! Had this been chosen for title song, i would have put in my top 5 bond songs of the series! Brings the JOHN BARRY sound back i`v missed since TLD.
Thank you so very much for those kind words... :)
Agreed, so good!
Whoever picked Another Way to Die instead of this should serve up to twenty years in maximum security prison.
They preferred a more modern touch of a theme song. I dont agree but accept it and it wasnt a bad song, just not what I had imagined for the movie.
Entirely too merciful. Even the most heinous of Medieval torture would be far too good for them.
HOLY SHIT, THIS IS GOOD!! WHY THE HELL WASN'T THIS USED?!?!?!
Stupendous. I'm so late to this party. But glad I finally made it.
Thank you and welcome... :)
Bought this on iTunes. I said this once a year ago and I say it now. Best bond theme since Tomorrow Never Dies. Hope more people get to hear this.
Breathtaking voice!!! Excellent song by far !!!
So much better than what was released.
I've watched all the movies. out of all the proposed themes and the official theme for this movie, I think yours was readily the best. Wish you could have gotten the full treatment
This song is really damn good! Another Way to Die never fit for me, but this was excellent.
Thank you.
This song was used in fan movie "Reflection of the Soul" - the movie that closes Bond Trilogy by Tom Smith from Blue Diamond Productions. First two - "The Price of Loyality" and "The Shadow of Revenge" were moved to DailyMotion.
I think this song is superior to the actual one used, demo or no. Perhaps they will use this for SPECTRE, the upcoming Bond film?
+Locktwiste72 Wrong.
She sings "Quantom of Solace" right in the middle of the song so even if they hadn't chosen a Spectre theme yet, I doubt they would have used this one lol. Too bad because this theme is amazing.
the truth is, radiohead made a song with the title of spectre and, it's fantastic www.dailymotion.com/video/x3jsff7
Yes, this is it. Forever.
This theme is a trillion times better than the shite one we ended up getting.

This is far better than the one they used actually, classic bond sound, amazing work Christian
Cant believe they rejected this theme, it almost had a Tina Turner Goldeneye feel to it, what a stupid mistake they made choosing the other crappy one.
Crappy title sequence for a Crappy movie. This movie didn't deserve such a good song
17jun1989 Alicia Keys is what’s wrong with the original theme.
This is SO MUCH BETTER than the crappy song they finally used... what a shame!
this sounds much more Bond than the final song
I watched Q of S the other day online and when the opening credits came on, I played this gem in another window and muted that Keyes/White abortion. Nice.
I love this with my soul.
Thank you.
Best James Bond theme song EVER
Thank you.
Now I have been a fan of Bond music since forever, so I just had to do something.
@@ocwolf68 Thanks for replying. Really appreciate it.
@@jamesatkinsonja You're welcome.
The rejected theme song would have out done the movie if it were used 😁

What an absolute travesty to not have this in the official film. How do we get you into the next one?
Someone please make a fan-edit of Quantom of Solace, with this theme in the opening, cutting out any boring and unecessary scenes, and rearranging some of the scenes to make a more satisfying version of this movie! The sequel to the amazing Casino Royale deserves better treatment than what is recieved.
100 % more Bondy... then entire Quantum of solace... still rejected
this is a true bond theme :) thanks for sharing.
MERECIA TER SIDO ESCOLHIDA COMO TEMA DE ABERTURA DE QUANTUM OF SOLACE. BELÍSSIMA CANÇÃO
If you ask me this should've been the main theme for Quantum of Solace, Tomorrow Never Dies should've been the credits song and Another Way To Die should've been used as an in universe theme Dominic Greene plays during the climax
This song was rejected? Were they kidding?
Thank you. I dont think it would ever be open for a second chance. As it seams how it works now they have even shut the doors for first chances. :/
Well it certainly deservers a second chance. It's en par with the best and I even find it unfair to compair it to the last themes at all... because that is so unfair ....for the other themes....
Is there a longer version? Did you ever play with the theme to adapt it for in-movie use? (I think the instrumental part alone is gripping)@@ocwolf68
@@Kristo101 Thank you.
@@ocwolf68 Super Based response there mate. Respect!
