One point about the cards. If someone being pulled over, bends down to get the card that says Deaf or HH, the police may think they are reaching for something like a gun. The police may shoot! I hope the police can be better trained AND held accountable when they make mistakes.

Does Rhode Island have that?? Because I got pullover few time and they have hard time to understand me and sick of writing to them and they can’t even write clear sometime. Frustrating.
