I just got an expired inspection ticket from a Brighton NY police officer. He was very courteous.
Unfortunate about the Brighton police officers. A friend of mine says that Brighton is VERY heavily Democrat. I would expect a Democratic region to be very interested in avoiding discrimination and providing accessibility.
VERY interesting thoughts about gene therapy.

Deaf couple of Brighton, NY contact ADA lawyers first & should file complain to the city hall to speak the mayor or governor to against the police department without the interpreters.

No excuse N.Y. Police department under State but federal some , same thing in American but depends on Deaf ppl vote ! , plus never change because mental physical is not easy . U know
