    @14:30 you measure the distance between the swingarm and the tensioning block, in my expereince I always make sure the rear wheel is aligned with the front first, I use a straight length of wood to aligne the rear with the front, I don't always trust the factory manufacturring, with my method I always count the number of turns in or out when tensioning and apply to both sides to ensure the rear is always spot on aligned ;)

      Makes sense that the swing arm might not be true to the rest of the bike.
