Oh my goodness that amber glass has a boat decoration that's incredible!!! I'm gonna subscribe I have never seen so many strange and wonderful things in such a short time!!! I'm gobsmacked😊😊
The KNOTS on that glassfloat are a work of art! Thank you for sharing your adventures .. wow, I could watch hours and hours of this .. if I was there in person, there wouldn't be enough buckets and bags for all the crap I would want to pick up. heh heh .. and there must be a WHOLE LOT of pissed off people with all those little boats that are swept away and washed up on your shore! Keep it up .. really love your videos .. Bless
I can totally understand your addiction to glass floats. I too have some but mine are much smaller. That large one is a stunner and such a work or art. The brown/orange glass bottle was amazing! You have such amazing shells on your beaches. I'm in California and we do have lovely shells but nothing so exotic. I'll never make it to your beautiful coast but truly appreciate you sharing it with all of us. Keep up the great work & stay safe. I love your dogs. They looked so excited about the nurf football. 😊🌊🫧🏝️
I cannot tell you how much I love your videos. I'm an American in a land-locked state, but I love the beach & ocean. I get to roam distant beaches on the other side of the world with you on your adventures, and it's absolutely amazing. Finding a glass float is a distant dream of mine, let alone those amazing shells & other treasures you find along the way. Thank you so much for the videos! ❤
Hey Obsessed! I found your channel about a week ago. My sister and I are widows that now live together. We binge watched every short and video in one day!! We have started watching some a second time because we can hardly wait for a new upload. We tried other beachcombing vids but didn't like them. You have given us so much entertainment and we thoroughly like your channel. We both are in our 70's and will never be able to travel to your beautiful country, but through you we are delighted to have what you share with us. Thank you! We very much look forward to future trips. We do have difficulty hearing through the music and are glad when you leave the music off. Your commentary adds much to the video. Thank you again for sharing.
Yet to watch the video but at 0.21secs in, did anyone else momentarily think the log on the left was a dog laying down with its legs out? 😂 or just me? Even the sand looks like padding on its back paw! Anyway I thought I would just share that! Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺
I thought you spelled "music' wrong, but I googled it anyway. Not having english as my first language I need to do that sometimes. And now I know that muzak is a thing, thanks! 🙂
I live in South East Asia and have stayed on loads of uninhabited islands for long periods of time. One of the most common things I find on the beach is lighters, 100s of them. It makes me smile when I watch those UA-cam videos "surviving 3 days on a desert island " They then make a big show of making a fire. Every time I think, just go down to the beach and get a lighter 🔥
7:17 Rope tied Cooler! Would not the areas beyond the sand berms be good for Glass floats? Looks like you have lots of them anyhow. Incredible boy scout work on those knots. I'd open a weekend store if I lived there. Alumask NZ DEC 03?on the metal float. You should raise the motor shaft out of the water on your lifeboat.
Thank you for sharing your finds ! You find the best glass …. Woohoo 🎉 this week I found my first message in a bottle on a remote beach. So excited! The persons had put a lot of thought into their note and placed a heart and a key 🔑. Love your dogs 🐕🐕
Very sad to see all the rubbish but feeling a bit better about it now that I know you are doing regular clean ups. Terrible though that it comes down to you guys because some people are just so bad at dumping their rubbish into nature. Thanks for sharing your adventures with the beautiful dogs and apparently crocodiles 😮😮❤❤
It all comes down to "us" in the end. Even if you pick up one piece of trash a day, you're going net positive on a personal level. That is if you don't litter yourself of course. 😋
Hi obsessed, I love watching your channel explores. I live in the U.k on the East coast where the sea is brown & nothing like your part of the World. You really are so lucky to live where you are, & I would spend all my time wandering the deserted beautiful beaches. & fishing & camping on those islands, I'd probably hardly ever go home. Your channel & way of life is something us brits can only dream of. Keep the vlogs coming, I can never tire of watching them. Stay safe, & have a healthy happy life, my friend. P.s Your dogs are gorgeous & such great companions. Thank You. Regards Urban Geeze.
Hello from Tasmania . just subscribed to your channel love those glass buoys . I have a few myself love going beach combing myself but never find the great things that you do. Can you tell me what those round flat top things are looks like they have a glass top on them. Thanks Kerry.
I had the same question. I have found out that they are buoy's that trawler fishermen attach to the end of a net before they set it out, so that they can find the net again. The buoys have become detached from the net, or the net has become detached from the trawler and washed-up on the beach. Sometimes in rough weather the trawlers cut the nets free, or they can be snagged on the bottom and need to be cut free.
Great video! I find them very peaceful and wish I could walk an uninhabited beach like that. Cool bottle at the end with the ships. I just spent last weekend at the "Beachcombers and Japanese Glass Float Expo" in Ocean Shores, Washington, USA.
Here in the states people hang Buffalo skulls on their walls! You could hang a crock skull on yours😂😂😂😂🐊 I so envy your treasure hunts and again the scenery is awesome🐊🪼🦈.
Great video . I enjoy all you post and I am green with envy . I have often thought of building a raft out of all the floats I see in the back ground of videos . Keep them coming I will never get bored with your content . 😊👍
Hhmmm judging from your hands you wouldn't be the youngest rooster in the flock... Good for you to go out on such epic adventures in a truly amazing part of the world so different from our timid part of the world 🧡🧡🧡🧡
Really enjoying your videos .My wife lived in Hawaii in the mid to late sixties, she collected a few glass floats back in the day.Needless to say we don’t have them now, unfortunately .How far back do some of your collection date? Thanks again for taking us along .

Another great fossicking adventure, not a bad size croc!. Where you this time? On the boat again? Thank you for allowing us to be part of your adventures 👍🇦🇺🎣⛵️

As a kid on the south shore of the big island of Hawaii in the 80’s I used to collect them after a storm, that was many years ago. I have 40 in total. This makes me want to Comb again……
Hope you all pick up the plastic litter ASAP if you are out & about as we do in the southern states here in the USA. We want the planet to be as clean as possible. ❤🇺🇲🐢🏖️🌊🌞

If you sold that stuff you could make a small fortune I think I paid 58 dollars for my nautilus and it was smaller than those 😯 Those fishing lures are huge, what are they catching sailfish? sharks? floats are beautiful❤
Really enjoy your videos. Is there anyway you could take a bag with you and fill it up with the plastic that you see along the way I know that the ocean in the beach would thank you for that.

Crocs are a protected species and you can not collect any part of them as possession is illegal.
@@Evan-e6e It was a joke!
I didn’t know that the skull was off limits. I like to collect them as well. The architecture of skeletal remains is fascinating.
What's the use of those glass spheres
The glass floats are used as floats for nets, the Old Japanese one’s are rare and quite valuable.
