Okay so the Tyrando Rex AND the Carriax are basically a symbiotic whole with it providing the major weapon equipment as well as linking up for its ultimate attack. Pretty nifty.
Honestly, the design isn’t that bad but to put it frankly all I saw was like three weapons. The striker ,the pistol bayonet thing, and lastly the other ship that accompanied.
The Rex looks a lot like a Blanche Neige derivative, sending out weapon attachments and dockable with the large support carrier. That Quark cluster nova makes the Huckebine's black hole cannon look like a BB pellet
One of its attack is named VTC. Since the team is VTX, I believe it's a reference on the games SRW V, X, and now T. With VTC, does this mean a clue that the next game will be SRW C? Hehe!
I remember 1st seeing Sagiri in the trailer (or some other video when the game came out) and thought Banpresto botched the colors of Aoi Hidaka's hair.
you could say that the new models are pretty much scaled down due to techonology evolving after years which make them more versatile..the new OG games in the future will become a battle of whose techonology is more advanced..pretty much we may get a new alt and weiss in the future..
@@kasmichan I would think an upgraded Alteisen and Weissritter would look like the ones in Endless Frontier but real scale, the Alteisen Nacht and Weissritter Abend
@@danku1122 those are too outdated already compare to the new units and if I'm not mistaking, reisse is already in its full potential while rein weiss can still evolve further if alfimi is still around..so far, even the new gespensts are looking stronger than the MKIIIs..
@@kasmichan All I'm saying is the design in Endless Frontier looks like upgraded versions of the pair, at least for Alteisen. I'll give it that Rein Weissritter is a little better looking then Weissritter Abend if it can evolve further. But the Alteisen Necht in Endless Frontier gives a more bulky sturdier look than Alteisen Riese

@@Scaevola9449it’s honestly light years ahead. Huckbein 30th is a great unit but it definitely doesn’t scream super robot at all. If that would have been his real robot route I wouldn’t have had a problem.
The mook versions of this OG machine are a joke, Gespents and Huckebeins have better MP variants. At least this upgraded super prototype feels like a pocket super robot.
Well, it went wrong then as it is really powerful but looks awful and boring. It is not possible for mass production as it needs carriex support plus the final attack seems to be energy thirst. The normal can be since it is simple. They screwed up the upgrade unit and they should've just gone with a normal powerful unit as the idea of mass production is out and instead they need a savior.
I guess all the mainline in the recent years are not using the same engine as the OG series, these are just painfully worse comparing to anything from that. So many attacks of this mech has so much potential but is ruined due to the bad choreography and way too low effort effects. Also, that trend of dropping the frame rate in mecha series seriously need to stop, I don't know who started that idea but it's still stupid. At least all of the Original Characters BGMs are still good.
I think they realize that the Z3 attack animations looked crap because they were trying to mimic the Z2 animation smoothness, so they try to basically mimic anime animation style as a way to get around the shortcomings of a yearly SRW title with Z3 engine.
Og level animations takes time and budget. It is the reason why there's like 3 or more years between og games, while mainline games are yearly releases.
This is probably the least fav OG mech for me, yes i know it was supposed to be a grunt but damn all its atk are blant..hell even any gespent variation (or even the gespent in this game) in OG games which considerate as a grunt units have far more variation attk or at least much more appealing than this one, the atk doesn't need to over the top but need work on the choreography. I hope next mainlines SRWs have better choreography animation.
It hurts that the New Arhan that Angela has is basically the Tyranado but with better animations: It does the weapon delivery gimmick better, it has more flow and flash to its attacks, and its final all out assault is way better than the VTX combination attack and Quark Cluster Nova.
At this point. I would rather get prior interesting Originals as opposed to the kinda uninspired designs of the last three games. I just feel like they lack the polish and originality of the Z series originals.

True, but I think that’s the point; these folks are just employees, and the suit IS meant for mass production; not everything has to be over the top and overpowered you know.
feels so underwhelming.... Valhawk and Valstork did a lot better in SRW W.... heck they both even combine into another giant mech for more badassery attacks aside their combination attack
I like how this thing works closely with its support ship, that's pretty cool.
