  • I'm restoring a Marshall 4x12 Cab and it needs new casters to wheel around on.
I wanted to use push-in casters. The baffle was in the way on the front side, and I wanted to work non-destructively, so I designed & built wooden puck spacers to work around that. This way, if a future owner wanted to retrofit the OEM Marshall casters, they would be able to, with no damage to the cabinet as a result of my doing.
This is my weird format of How To Video / Vlog. A vlogtorial if you will. I hope you enjoy the journey!

To each their own I suppose. It didn’t take very much time or effort for me to build the spacers. For me, it was a fun little project to do. There’s something satisfying about designing & building your own solution to a problem. However the OEM casters work fine & yea, that would be less work. This is just how I chose to solve the problem! Best of luck if you’re replacing your casters - happy wheeling thereafter 🤙🏻

@@Levisrad replaced the feet and installed casters last night while watching a film cost about 25 pounds all in.
